Kohl's

Employees of Kohl's are knowledgeable and helpful. There was quite a lot of people in line for Amazon returns and new purchases. Line move quickly and people waiting in line were friendly and not irritated.

On February 22, 2024, I visiting Kohls store on Street Rd. The cashier Sharon was very friendly and polite she help pick out the best shirt for a gift I came to buy.

Very nice store, came here for amazon drip off, then find out that it's beautiful store with lots of good stuff. In 2013-2014 I used to go to Kohls missed physical stores. Will recommend to all shopaholic peraons

The kohls in bensalem has such an amazing staff that always is so helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The store manger Becky works hand in hand with her employees she is a definition of lead by example. Along side with her are a few other supervisors that also do the same, Donna is one of those supervisor. These two women are so kind to their employees that they need to be recognized by the company for their hard work. Great job ladies keep up the amazing work. Your employees respect you and look up to you. Thank you for all you do!

As usualy in this store you can find unexpected goods, such as postcards with amazingly delicate origami work.
A large otle of lingerie with 80% discounts; a department with a New Year theme; and much more.
There are a lot of discounts for everything that you see.

As I was standing in the check-out line, I noticed one cashier who seemed to genuinely care about her customer's experience. Mimi was friendly, asked about coupons, etc. I hoped that as each person in front of me went to other cashiers that I would be randomly lucky enough to get to Mimi's register and I did! Retail experiences these days are not always pleasant. Mimi is pleasant, efficient and so very helpful!

It's always a great shopping experience at this store. The staff is always friendly. The store is always clean which isn't easy for retail stores to maintain, but they manage to keep their location organized.

I originally went to the store to pick up an online order. On my way out, I saw a great pair of boots that were exactly what I had been looking for. Since I wasn't expecting to buy anything, I had no coupons wneh I got to checkout. Gianne was wonderful and very patient with me. She helped me access my Kohl's app on my phone, checked to see if I had any Kohl's cash and found a 30% off coupon that I could use with my pirchase. Kudos to Gianne for her great customer service skills, her patience and her very pleasant personality!

Store was very organized and clean. Dressing room also very clean and organized. Many items to choose from abd cashier Mildred (Mimi) was very friendly and helpful explaining rewards, etc.

I went to pick up items that were ordered online and decided to look for men's gloves. At the very first register location, the salesperson could see iI needed assistance. She called meover and looked at my phone to direct me to the pick up locationa dn told me where to look for gloves. She took me directly to the space for the pick up order.

Then. after picking out the gloves, I went back with her and checked out. I took .

Kohl's is my favorite place, I get excited when I walk in there . They have such a beautiful store. I was in a hurry the other day and immediately I was greeted buy an associate who directed me directly to what I was looking for and I was out of the store within 15 minutes because I had to go to work.
I also purchased a Shark ( HEPA filter) vacuum cleaner there one day and I was able to get the best discount on the vacuum, which is the best vacuum I've ever owned..
As for things for the home, what a selection. I was able to buy beautiful faux plants and stands and every time someone comes to my home and sees them, they mention how beautiful everything is..
Great selection of shoes.. I was able to purchase the van high tops that I love and have been looking for. They even had shoes for work that I needed and everything I need, I always find.
Kohls has very high quality items..
The store is beautiful, clean, well set up. They have a huge selection of every single thing you could possibly want and you're always rewarded with Kohl's cash or discounts and even a birthday gift..

Male manager was very nice and female manager cashier was loopy didn't know how to do a even exchange.The item was brand new in box wit tags she also asked for a receipt and Photo ID for a even exchange just.

I had great service by Simonia!!! She was friendly, speedy,and helpful. The store was filled to the max for being so late in the night.

The employees at your Bensalem location are the nicest very helpful and courteous I just love MiMi she,s a great asset.

Involved a $100 purchase online that created a $20 Kohls cash. The order got duplicated but not the Kohls Cash entry.

We returned the duplicate order and was advised the Kohls Cash for that order # would disappear. No Problem.

We attempted to utilize the Cash coupon for the original
$100 order but it only accepted the ser# but not the pin.
