When my phone malfunctioned, Pedro helped me get a replacement and then was able to upgrade me to the newest phone and lowered my monthly bill. He spent nearly three hours transferring everything and then spent time explaining some new features. He is incredibly patient and truly enjoys working with his customers. Definitely a 5-star.

Ya pay a little more for Verizon over many other carriers...but guys like this and general experience they offer a customer - worth a premium ANY DAY OF THE WEEK!

I was lucky to walk in and be taken immediately. Andrew was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Rene was also helpful from time to time and the two worked well together. Even when the store became crowded, they remained composed and took care of everyone.

The process of purchasing a phone, understanding the billing and transferring to a new device can be unavoidibly time intensive. Andrew did everything he could to make the experience as positive as possible. He was pleasant, informative, patient (especially with the lobby full of people who were not) and effective. He was an absolute pleasure.

I arrived at the center about 10 minutes before they opened and was surprised to find five people ahead of me. The employee was all by himself and was very pleasant

Great customer service. Usually busy and only two, very comfortable, chairs. Recommend making an appointment to minimize wait and confirm they have what you need.
