Walgreens Pharmacy

Everyone at this Walgreens location is absolutely awesome - friendly, helpful and most attentive. The pharmacy can be busy (especially during the winter months) but everyone works so hard and somehow they always manage to have smiles on their faces. I don't know all of their names but I can especially commend Salina and Karri, but they are just two among the entire Jog Rd staff. I don't quite understand how it's possible to be so kind considering what they have to endure each and every day from grumpy and entitled customers. Keep up the good - no, great work.

The pharmacist is garbage. So rude over the phone. She needs to find a new career where she won't be miserable. I am NEVER going here again. CVS is my new pharmacy. Much better employee quality.

Never in my life have I met a more rude couple of pharmacists as in this store. Kaylah and the young man with the beard/goatee in the blue jacket (who has an I know everything attitude) should be banned from any customer service job, ever.

Also got my RX wrong, twice. The lady in front of me had to come back as they didn’t put all her meds in her bag.

And nothing but nasty attitude every time I come to these two employees. Insulting every customer in line (“I TOLD you I only need the street address” - comment to an elderly woman).

Note to manager: put a video camera in the pharmacy and watch the behavior of your staff. They do lots of harm to the Walgreens corporate brand… when you are already struggling to compete with CVS.

In any other company if an employee treated customers like this they would be fired… the first time. How this has been allowed to go on this long is a mystery…

Walgreens management: pay attention!
Hold your employees accountable for how they greet customers (not … “NAME”! Perhaps try “ good morning” instead. These two will fail at every job they will hold… so sad for them.

They charged me $27.00 for a drug I can get elsewhere for $2.00. After meeting my almost $9000.00 insurance deductible I am supposed to get 100% drug coverage. They didn't even bother to tun it through my ins company at first. Then they just refused to refund my money.
