Owner phoned me & explained managerial error & assured me that she collaborated with her team to use logical sense & to remind them that not all concerns of customers are black & white & to base decisions on a case by case basis. Impressed she did the right thing in keeping a customer satisfied. That is a welcome change these days. Much appreciated.

Used to love this place and spent a lot of money here! This location, sadly, did NOT honor a return with receipt within 3 days of purchase, although I was told by two associate’s at the other location, that it was returnable. To be so unaccommodating and provide poor customer service, especially in these times, is unacceptable. I guess I’ll be not shopping at this location anymore. Sad because I love that this is so close to me.

Staff is very friendly and attentive. Store has a great selection of clothes and home goods. One of my favorite boutiques.

Lovely store. Would recommend being open til 7 or 8, and maybe be closed on Monday instead of Sunday. Weekends are best for shoppers. Other than that, it’s a very nice store.

All 3 stores are so well stocked. And the employees are so helpful and kind. Always go here first. For my needs

Great place!

I really like this store…even more with the addition of the exchange. My only complaint is that the people who work here aren’t as friendly as I like when I frequent a store.

The styles are not very fashionable, but the home goods section is fantastic and has a lot of local charm to it and unique products.
