Bojangles

I came at 5:00 today for a chicken sandwich combo. Customer service is good, portion of food you get is good, the fries were fresh, the chicken sandwich was fresh, the amount of pickles I received was excellent. It was my first time going to a Bojangles today. I enjoyed it. I was very surprised at how good the fries were.

Bojangles chicken is my favorite! I travel to this location because the one nearest me still does not offer dine in. I like to eat my fried chicken and cajun fries where I order it. I feel this optimizes tastiness. The employees here are nice and friendly. My food was ready fast, hot, and fresh. Dining room was very clean.

Trying to find the guy at the drive thru who works here. Really nice, longer hair, facial hair, & southern accent. you were so hot.

This Bojangles is the best one I've tried in the local area. The food here is ALWAYS fresh. I've only ever had one bad experience, so for a fast food restaurant, that's phenomenal.

This was a delightful experience. The food was hot and fresh, and the service was friendly. My eight year old gave it “two thumbs up dab!”

Also? The staff was diverse and included members of different abilities. AWESOME!

It was my first time ever eating Bojangles. I had heard that their chicken is horrible, but I don't share the same view. It taste like Popeyes with a little less seasoning and it had a tiny bit of spice to it. I loved the fries. If I'm on the road I will stop by again. We don't have them where I live.

Excellent Service! We drove through. There was a wait on biscuits, which we understood. When they brought out our food, they had given us extra food because we had to wait. The manager or owner was so nice and more than willing to make everything right! I'm So Glad to receive such great customer service in this season of life where it is definitely lacking in most areas! Go visit this Bojangles and show your support and appreciation!

I want to thank this staff today for preparing 100 pieces of chicken and biscuits for our team and family picnic. Food was delicious and staff went above and beyond… they communicated well and food was ready right on time. This was the absolute best experience I have ever had in a restaurant in the southern part of the US. The best customer service I have seen in years food was perfect everything was clean and you felt like you were having dinner with your family

Always have biscuits and gravy! Team Bojangles' hit a home run today! They were short on an item. But, the team pulled it together and made up for it. Awesome Job team! Food is great and the service was EXCELLENT! KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE AND FOOD!

The chicken breasts are awesome! When I'm there it's always an odd order, my service dog gets most of it. I usually go through every couple of weeks. Keep it up!!

I love this Bojangles! The staff is amazing,the food is good and they're normally pretty fast. Big shout out to the drive thru lady with the great attitude who always lets us know how "blessed" she is! We love you, you make out day. Also shout out to John the gentleman who cleans the lobby, you're the real MVP for cleaning up after my kids 🥰 I appreciate the staff here so much!

I've been to this particular location, about eight times. The customer service here is impeccable, and second to none! The food has ALWAYS been hot, and fresh. I've eaten in the dining room twice, and the rest of the time, I went through the drive thru. Twice they apologized about the wait, and gave me extra Bo-berry biscuits, and I didn't really feel like I waited all that long! I cannot stress enough about how accommodating the entire staff is at this restaurant. If you stop here, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I came here after a long drive. This is a clean establishment and the food was good. Bojangles' chicken tenders are among the best.

I really enjoy this location. I have always had my food prepare the way I like it. I go very often and my orders all usually prepared prior to coming or they make it very fast once I get there. The food is always hot and very plenty. I always get my condiments without asking. The cashier is very pleasant and I really enjoy her outgoing personality. I have recommended many people including the company I work for. Here is a helpful hint when you are running late and really dont have time to wait call your food up in advance and they will have it ready for you. I really love the service so far very good service.

I wish there was a location closer to where live because Bojangles biscuits rank up there with Chick-fil-A for goodness. And their blueberry biscuit is worth trying.
