Publix Super Market at Seven Hills Station

I shop at this Publix at least once a week. This one is managed well. It’s always clean and neat. The selections are above average and the shelves are kept neatly stocked. It is convenient and efficient. I am especially pleased with the customer service. They are always willing to help with my questions and even walk with me to find items I’m having trouble finding. I have yet to encounter a bad attitude or a long line at checkout. From management to the cart wrangler, every one of them provides service with a smile and never acts as if they don’t have time to help. Even when I disputed a sale price ring up, they were kind and patient, taking time and explaining every detail to my satisfaction…And yes, I was wrong, I’d misread the sale. Even so, I was treated so kind and fairly that I ended up having them ring up a few more of the items! It was still a good sale!! 🤣

This is not my regular Publix, but it was a pleasure to visit. It gave me more of a home town feel than the others. The layout was great and the atmosphere was nice and clean. We will not hesitate to go back!

The team here does a great job all around! The food is always fresh. Clean store and clean restrooms. They went above and beyond when my wife, mother of four under eight, was shopping with all four kids. Our youngest wasn’t feeling well and several team members offered help. Harrison unloaded for my wife at the register and at the car. The manager came over to bag while Harrison set the groceries up to be rang up. I am beyond grateful knowing that my family is taken care of here.

Today I had some evening purchase.. rush to my nearest Publix as always..All my purchases was done, came out., but it was heavily raining 🌧 outside. Then I saw a Publix employee was helping somebody to reach to their car. Then he came to me with an umbrella ☔ nice green Publix umbrella 🫶 then he came with me towards my car.. a beautiful gesture of showing kindness and customer service.. I just gave my small gesture of gratitude to him🫶, at first he was not ready to take it also 🫶 .. His name is “ Austin “..thank you so much dear.. Thank you ☺ and he allowed me to take a photo 💝

Visited this location during the Christmas holiday and was satisfied. Great place to shop. Everything organized, fully stocked (especially the rotisserie chicken/warm foods), pleasant and greet-friendly staff, ready to assist. Easy check out and efficient bagging.

They make the best made to order sub sandwiches. I'm from the Midwest and there's no Publix's so when we're in the South we can't get enough of their Subs.

Jenna was fantastic at the bakery assisting me with ordering a Birthday Cake for my daughter's birthday not too long ago. As a first time mom, her suggestions helped me tremendously for my daughters day. Today, Jenna assisted me in picking out a cake today as well and wrote the words so beautiful onto the pre-made cake. She was so attentive and caring when she realized I needed a larger cart to fit the cake in. Going the extra mile to get a bigger shopping cart for me and my daughter instead of the handheld cart I had. I appreciate Jenna being so kind and sweet and greeting my daughter and I with a smile. Publix bakery is quality goodies to feel the heart I prefer Publix bakery over any grocery store bakery in town. Keep up the great work and all you do. Thank you for staying on top of quality and customer service.

I love shopping at this Publix! Every single staff member is always friendly and helpful. I have had staff go above and beyond to help me find a product, or I have had help getting my groceries into my car when I go shopping with my infant. Check out is always fast at this location even during busy times, too.

This store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are extremely helpful. This store is one of the best publix that I have been to.
