And Zoe was awesome helping us in tiles and all the components we needed. They were amazing and we love this store!

I visit here often. Being in the heart of altoona with really friendly staff willing to help at the drop of a hat. Everyone is smiling it's great. Plus they have a good selection of woodworking brands. Seems like they had an answere for all my questions. I definitely would recommend them.

Husband and I bought a washer and dryer in Feb 2023, asked for the interest free on the CC. Something happened where we didn’t get the interest free. We didn’t realize til August 2023 somehow. Not upset about it, accidents happen, it’s whatever.
Once we did realize it we called the CC company they sent us to the store.
The store handled it very well! We really appreciated it, they are awesome thanks Mike and Tiffany!!!!

The people at Lowe’s truly put a smile on my face. I went there to get flowers for spring and it added the light to my day that I needed. I’ve also met with many of the Lowe’s flooring employees that gave exceptional service and are always friendly.

Michael was a champ and mixed me 5 gallons 6 minutes before they closed. The original 5 gallons was a miss tint and my wife really wanted me to get the paint exchanged so she could paint the following morning. That’s top notch customer service. I’m sure he was anything but pleased to have to mix paint that late. I appreciated it more than he can realize

The other big box stores did not have what I needed. Ordered online last night and picked up this morning. In and out was smooth. I like that Lowe's has a military discount and parking. Material was good quality. Stair stringers and wood decking. Happy customer.

My husband and I purchased a LG washer, and it didn't operate the way we were expecting, and also didn't appear to have some functions that we wanted. I wanted to return it. Called and ended up speaking with Dan. He was very nice, and said we could return it despite the 48 hour return policy,....but he also suggested that we call LG and speak with them. We did call LG, and it turns out it was the new technology we didn't understand, basically. A huge thanks to Dan for being so willing to work with us!! To Lowes corporate: 48 hours is not enough time for someone to decide if a major appliance is going to work for them. Thanks again to Dan!! I tried filling out the survey, but it only gives you so much time to fill it out and we were over that time contingency so I thought I would come here to ensure Dan gets the praise he deserves for being so empathetic and kind.

Staff went above and beyond to help us find everything in regards to buying a smoker.

Despite nearly closing time and a messed up purchase and proper discounting the customer service staff tackled the problem and made sure I got the correct discount.

Had what I needed on this trip. Will have to go back and get more for sure. Employees were very helpful

I had a pickup order and was also looking at plant gear. Customer service was excellent. They had someone help load a tool chest into my car, which I didn't expect or ask for but much enjoyed. The cashier in-store was very friendly and sent another employee over to do a price check for me so I didn't have to go running for another planter I was buying. Everyone was great!
