Best Target in St. Louis by far. The store is clean, the employees are quick and very kind, and most of the shelves are full. I really wish they had Tazo Zen Tea as I cannot find it anywhere in the stores that I normally grocery shop, but they did have a section for it. They have a good amount of St Louis sports apparel, specifically the Blues and Cardinals gear. They also had a couple Chiefs shirts, but hoping for St Louis City SC gear soon. There were only two cashiers working around 3pm on a Saturday, which I think is a little understaffed, but we were able to walk straight to the self checkout. The parking lot has ample parking. The guest services was empty when we got there, so we were able to be helped right away. Overall, a very positive experience.

I really like this target! Staff is friendly & really tried hard to answer a question for a lady behind me. Store is clean & organized.

Went to the optical center for both myself and my youngest son, the absolute best team ever! So thoughtful and caring and understanding! Will continue to go to this location and recommend this place to absolutely anyone and everyone! The doctors are great, the employees are awesome, Tommy, you're amazing! Thank you all for helping us see better!

Love Target in Town and Country, MO. Great selection, friendly staff, and clean and inviting store!

This review is mainly for the Starbucks inside this Target location. Before he sadly passed a few years ago, my Uncle Tommy would come here nearly every day, buy his coffee, and sit at the corner table and chat with anyone who seemed interested in a conversation, and that would often be the employees. He made many friends here, which was so valuable to us because he didn’t know anyone aside from just a couple of family members when he moved to St. Louis. After he passed, the friends he met here came to his funeral and the amazing employees at this Starbucks put a memorial to him on the table he sat at. I wouldn’t have expected them to keep it years later, especially after a remodel, but I stopped by today and saw that they have his picture at the table still! It was so heartwarming to see that he still has friends here. They care for their customers.
Personal feelings aside, the baristas were friendly, fast, and got my drink right. I had an iced coffee with milk and vanilla, and I find that some Starbucks locations don’t add enough milk (often it still looks like it’s black coffee), but this location knows what coffee with milk means without going overboard.

The Target itself was clean and well-stocked, the checkouts moved relatively quickly, but I wish they carried more non-mint toothpaste for adults who can’t have mint.

Was a great way to pick up a gift in less than an hour it was ready , very convenient!

Today I went to Target (Town & Country Chesterfield) to get some last minute baby items. Upon checkout my gift card wouldn’t work at the register despite a balance. I paid for the items & confirmed online that I still had a balance. I went to “Returns” and Andre assisted me. He was so kind & patient. I’m heavily pregnant, & he grabbed me a chair while I waited for him to complete my return/new transaction. At the completion, he offered to help me take my items to my vehicle. I don’t know what this store has to do but KEEP ANDRE!!! In a world where people are increasingly rude & customer service is lacking, he is a refreshing light.

I had a very pleasant experience at my local Target today, the best thing was my cashier was the same who was very rude last time but today she went above my expectations in doing het job.

Clean store, trending items, great values, Starbucks coffee, the store is a one stop shopping center. Food, clothes, shoes, etc. Keep up the good work.

I love shopping at Target! The Town & Country store is always bright & spacious. I like to browse & see what's new. I had hoped to get a coffee but Starbucks was closed. The cashier was a special needs young man & I appreciate Target's hiring policy to engage & hire people with special needs!

You may not be aware that Target now has an optical department. Visit Tom at the Optical Department for an amazing fitting (they accept outside prescriptions if not expired). Tom made some great recommendations AND worked within my insurance limits to help me pay less out of pocket. Tom has the latest high tech gadgets to get you the most accurate eyeglasses possible and was quick, kind and professional to work with.

The best Target I've been to in St Louis. Very clean. Friendly workers and always stocked. Never have a problem finding what I want.

It was efficient. I loved the barcode scan and signature to confirm it was my order. The step by step directions was great once my phone recognized I was at the Target. I received my order literally minutes following the time I parked by the drive up. The employee was so nice and made the whole experience even better.

Very clean store , and shelves are all well stocked ! Made my shopping experience quick and simple.

Our tv died this morning and I was able to order a new one and do the Drive Up service and a young man helped me load the new tv in the car and be gone in 5 minutes. Thank you, Target!

Amazing first experience with in store order pickup. No line and the employees were happy to help and the process was even more smooth than I would of expected. I was in and out within 5 minutes. Great solution to shopping if you are trying to save time.

Large layout but easy to find necessary items

I have never been to the Town and Country Target location here in Saint Louis. But it was quite a successful trip! I really felt like this Target had a lot of things I needed IN STOCK, which never happens usually because everyone wants the same thing you need, obviously on the same day that you need that item too. But it was a great store, very clean and organized, very efficiently run and I really liked the atmosphere of this store. Bonus I found everything that was on my list to buy today! Win, win.

I prefer to shop at the Target store in Town & Country rather than one closer to my house due the wide selection of items it has, cleanliness, organization and the shelves are always stocked. Not to mention the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful, but that is my experience at all Target stores. Overall great experience at this store.
