The UPS Store

I came in with some Amazon returns and had no idea what to do and the employee helped me so much. He was friendly and thorough on the steps I had to do. Couldn’t ask for anything more thanks so much

I've been a customer for the past several years and rent a UPS box there. Staff is always pleasant and work hard to meet everyone's needs, even when the store is super busy! Lexi, Danyelle and Kyle are a friendly and professional team and always provide great service! My favorite UPS store so far!

They were nice enough to suggest a notary in town somewhere else when I called. Their notary is off with personal issues, and they didn't have to suggest someone else. I thought that was nice.

I had a bunch of returns to do. They helped me fast and efficiently they know what they’re doing took care of me in and out in a few minutes. The manager was so helpful she should get a raise.

I drop off Amazon returns to this location and every time I am there, they are insanely fast. I don't even remember what all they have at this store because I'm never there long enough but I did snap a photo. The staff have always been warm and friendly to me. For me, this store location is a jog across town but it's near to many other places. My doctor's office, stores, grocery, USPS. It just works out well for me despite being across town. The inside appears to be very clean. I'll have to look around the next time I'm there to see what all they offer but I'm happy with the services.

I’ve Always received nothing but the best customer service from this location. Kyle and Lexi go above and beyond to help me while continuing to have such a positive upbeat attitude and a smile on their faces. This is the only location I’ll visit to have my items delivered ☺

I took my Amazon return into the UPS store. I didn’t have to package my return. I just handed them my item and they scanned my QR code from Amazon. I was in and out in less than a minute.

Would highly recommend Great store and great service. Danyelle always helps me solve any issue I have. Makes my day go by smooth.

The Staff members are also so nice and helpful as soon as I walk through the door. Always welcoming and successful in helping me in all of the ways possible.

Staff works fast and efficiently and treats customers, especially regulars, very well.

They have always been great handling my packages and getting my stuff sent out.

Every time I go into the UPS store, there is always someone ready to help me. I appreciate how easy they make returning Amazon packages, my daughter's virtual school supplies, or shipping things off from my Etsy store. Keep up the good work!

I rent a mailbox here for a couple years now and have shipped numerous packages in that time. I’ve always received good service and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Not sure why all of the comments about rudeness. Maybe it’s a mirror of the reviewers themselves.

Had a scanning job I needed done quickly. Printer was being troublesome but I had good help. Kaitlyn took great care of me and made sure the job was right. She took the time to verify the accuracy and that everything was available on my flash drive. The store got busy and her fellow coworker needed some questions asked. Kaitlyn did her best to stick with me while helping others. I left there thinking that I knew where to go next time I need some printing done.

The pricing was good, store was stocked and clean. Service with a smile made an impression and someone should let Kaitlyn know she's doing a good job.

Love this business and the people who work here, especially Kaitlin!!!

Always a smile on her face and willing to help me in any way she can!!!
She makes going to this UPS Store a pleasure!!!

I would rather drive out of my way just to do business with this UPS store because of her, than any other in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

People like Kaitlin are few and far between, when you get a wonderful person such as her in customer service you just want to make sure they are recognized for their good attitude and great professional work!!!!

I went here because I had no choice. I had to ship documents and I was sent a UPS label. I was nervous because of all the bad reviews I had read.
When I went inside, however, I was treated with courtesy. I asked for a shipping envelope. I put my documents into it and gave the clerk the envelope and the label I had printed. She gave me a receipt. Done! Easy. Ian and out in five minutes. Wish I had asked her name.

I have always been treated well here, and service has been very good. I use them for returns to Amazon and it is done very quickly, pleasantly, and professionally. I drive in from HSV, so it's a pain getting there, but once there, I've always been treated well. So I do not understand all the negative comments.

Fast, friendly service! In and out super fast!

I went to make copies for my taxes. Even though I always worked in an office and my husband use to repair copy machines the new ones are intimidating. The employee came right over and offered help. She was friendly and had a smile. She wasn't condescending and helpful. That was a huge help.
