Had been to several stores looking shoes for a young boy's birthday. Finally found something nice at JC PENNEY. Originally $35 paid $22 on sale. Employees very friendly & helpful

Chris the stylist did a terrific job on haircut and beard trim and very nice and willing to listen and to help customers, he is very customer friendly I will recommend him to friends and family

When you have a jc gold card they really do go out of the way to help you to make sure you have the lowest price they'll find coupons for you they're so great! The Hair Salon is also great. I recently had needed a hair cut I've been growing out for years and she did not cut off more than I asked she just cut the split ends never taking off more than an inch just like I asked.

I got boot sandals from here and the staff was super nice I will come again

Great place for your clothing needs! I have shopped many times for women's clothing! My husband also comes here for his formal clothing needs and has always found what he needs at a good price. He also got some great help with his suit that he needed. They have great clothes at good prices!

Great location and store.

This panties had a great selection of beautiful clothes at reasonable prices just like all other Penny stores. The difference is the staff. Everyone who works there tries their best to be patient and helpful and it is very pleasant to shop at this store. I will be going back many times.

Had to go in to get a new wedding band for my fiancé today because I accidentally threw away her band 3 days before our wedding... I feel terrible for not remembering her name but the sales associate was amazing she told us a story of how her husband accidentally threw her ring away and even scanned one of her own coupons off of her phone to save us some money because we didn’t have the app. Best service I’ve had in many years 10/10 would recommend for jewelry shopping.

This is a great place to shop. I always love coming to a Penney's, because I know I'm going to get quality Goods. I even worked at a panties while I was in college, and have always enjoyed going back. Unfortunately, they are having trouble due to Amazon taking many of their customers. If you want to see Penny stay around, you need to shop there.

Organized and a great selection. I always score great deals on Nike as well as husky sized jeans. Will continue to use this as my go to for my childrens clothes.

My children like to shop here for their back to school clothes. It's easy to find everything they need all in one store. The staff are friendly and the store is well stocked and maintained.

JCPenney is awesome. They have almost everything but food. Prices are great and some sales were awesome. This store is better than Walmart and not as expensive as Dillard's.

Great deals all year round. You can always find something, even if your not looking. Plus coupons save alot more.
