The UPS Store

I went in to have a notary on two important documents. The store was fairly crowded. The staff were fast, friendly and efficient. I would hire almost any of these staff for my company. Will definitely continue to use this UPS store for my postal and notary needs. The store was easy to find. Access was very good. Staff was very friendly very helpful.

When i walked into the store, Amanda greeted me, she was very nice and helpful. She made this experience go by so much easier and faster. She even made my daughter’s day by giving her a sticker.

Always nice and super fast for all my shipping and Amazon returns! Also, were very helpful when I took my grandma for a notary service.

Regardless of when I arrive or require assistance I am always acknowledged & assisted. They always offer a receipt regardless of label needs or service. Always pleasant & initiated to all customers in line or in front of me. Very encouraging to use this facility.

Their convenience of returning amazon packages and the way they treated me like a regular customer was outstanding. I’ll be back for non-Amazon reasons as well
