Would g normally give a big box chain store five stars but I've gotta say I've had all good experiences w Best Buy. I got a printer delivered from here via Instacart once. Bought an $8k appliance from them and installation was awesome. This week I took a kid to find a new gaming keyboard and they were the only place to have lots of keyboards out that we could try. Cool staff is not in your face, just normal ppl.

The worker who assisted me, Isaack, was incredibly helpful! He gave knowledgeable insite about the products I was looking into and helped me pick which was right for me. 5 starts for Isaack's help and customer service

As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The woman I spoke with was very helpful and even went into the back to see if they had two pairs of earbuds that I was looking for. Unfortunately they only had 1. But the service was fast and done in a professional matter. Very glad I stopped in before my flight out. I'm just sorry I did not get her name so she could get her due credit.

I found what I was looking for (a zipper bag for my Samsung tablet, that has handles, and a shoulder strap) after going to 2-3 other stores. I always get great service.

Today I’m giving (Sales Associate) Francisco five stars for his terrific and exceptional customer service. He was extremely articulate, knowledgeable, friendly and hard-working. Francisco made sure that all my questions were thoroughly answered. He even took the time to go over the warranty plans. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy location.

Been there three times to buy different gadgets. Overall experience has been good. Stuff on the customer service counter is really happy to help.

I had many queries related to the Apple Macbook and some Apple iPhones, the gentleman answered all my queries.

And recommended the additional AppleCare for 2 years as well. I had to go back to return one of the Samsung watch and stuff was equally courteous Ashley where when I went in to buy this.

Finally I end up keeping the watch. And bought another gaming handset from turtle Beach.

I needed help with a custom set up for my home computer. Erik offered his expertise and he was absolutely remarkable! My set up has older components, but he went to great lengths to provide a solution. He was patient, understanding and very considerate. I felt respected and valued, both as a person, as well as a long-time Best Buy customer. I have found this store to be reliably friendly and customer oriented.

Service was excellent here. Went in to touch phones and buy from Verizon but the young woman who helped us was so competant we decided to buy a pixel 7 here. We recieved excellent service at this location.

Always love perusing through best buy. Love to buy my phones there as they make it sooo easy and get everything going for you so you are all set up and ready to go. Love the geek squad protection and hassle free returns and their record keeping is top notch as they can lull up past purchases and receipts with ease if you have the phone number used for the purchase. No complaints at all here

Customer service is stellar, and I mean S T E L L A R; and I haven't even stepped foot in the store. I have a protection plan I needed to use for a unit that requires I bring it into the store. I called the Woodland Geek Squad and got Maggie. Being that I live far and am disabled, I asked her for any accommodations possible. To understand how monumental this is, it would have taken me 3 hours at least, and 2 city buses each way to get Roomba swapped out. She didn't hesitate in escalating to a manager for help. Ed, a store manager, came on the line and even though I was hoping for help, I was amazed at how compassionate he was. He clearly explained the protection plan (I highly recommend them for any high value purchase) options and promptly coordinated picking up the unit for a new one. When I tell you I was amazed, I mean it. Max was at my door, all smiles, before I got off the phone with Ed! To boot, the new one was on sale and the difference covered the new protection plan. So stoked!
I've worked in customer service, and I understand the need to follow policies and procedures, but this was like a mom&pop shop type service. I interacted with 3 different people and everyone of them had an uplifting, human approach. Based on my experience, I have a feeling the in-store vibe is awesome. Hope I can make it in one day.

Went for a Geek Squad appointment as I bought an iPad and needing help in setting it up. Daryl helped me and even though he was to give me only 20 minutes; he spent 45 minutes training this Senior who never owned an Apple product before. Terrific customer service and Covid safety protocols were inforced.

Car audio installation; what a deal!!!Awesome techs and great work. Very pleased. They came in over three times cheaper than most of the audio shops nearby. Granted, they cant to do the super custom stuff for the Bugatti... but for your normal every day people who want good sound, the value is immense.

Purchased a Tv online from the Woodland store at 9 a.m. tohave delivered and installed. I was figuring it would take a week atleast for installation since it is the holiday season. I was wrong. They delivered the mount a few hours later and showed up prompt and on time less than 24 hours later to deliver and install the Tv! excellent service! The Geek squad member was very professional and courteous. We do not allow shoes inside the house and it was no problem. He broke out the booties and got to work. Was done in 30 minutes. Also gave me pointers on what I needed to do to hook up the in ceiling surround sound speakers. Will be back tot hat store in the future. Excellent job!

The employees that have been at this Best Buy for over a year have always been friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and can always point me in the right direction for what I’m looking for. But the few employees that I don’t see there for more than a few months are usually the same ones that seem to try avoiding helping customers or aren’t always sure about where certain items are stocked. Overall this is a great store tho.

Nothing but 5 star service! I have worked with Elijah in the Geek Squad several times over the past few months and he is fabulous. Today I picked up a new computer and everything was done perfectly and on time. He answered all my questions and offered some great advice. I appreciate working with a professional who really knows what he's doing.
