Kevin was so helpful, polite and friendly. My daughter and I needed a tile saw. He not only showed us where they were, but went to get a cart, loaded it,and then went to the checkout and loaded it in her truck. It was such a wonderful experience for a big box store.

The Home Depot in Woodland, California has the typical selection of home improvement supplies and contractors to install about anything you may need. Today was my 1st trip to the Woodland store and I was looking for lighting and garden plants. The lighting display was a bit disappointing, but oh my, the garden area and plants were outstanding. HD had the right sized light bulb for our hood microwave. Every other store we checked (Ace, Lowe's, Best Buy) did not carry it, so thank you HD!

I bought four LED bulbs to replace the old 4-pin florescent 26W bulbs. All four new bulbs stopped working within a few days. If you live in the new development in woodland; these ballasts must not be compatible with the LED bulbs. Home Depot gladly refunded my money and I bought the old-style 26watt florescent bulbs. All ballasts are shinning bright now.

I bought these cute white peonies and some dahlias. The peonies were $30 and there were lots of flower buds on them. Very happy and satisfied with my purchase

Located in woodland off of main street, this is about the least busy home depot I've been to. Employees are easy to find and ready to help or answer questions.

Great experience and I was very impressed with the quality and placement of the emergency egress' and the parking that is available close to the aforementioned egress'. The combination of these made for a quick and easy in and out with out the normal things that ruin my day shopping. So 👍. I hope you keep it up and enjoy my satire.

Thank you Home Depot for your assistance, I was impressed with the readiness of the home depot associate in the lumber department. This associate helped me select the best pressure treated 4x8 sheet of plywood with no hesitation. It would appear that home depot is focusing on customer service and satisfaction again. Good home depot location. Typically busy but not super busy. Staff is usually friendly and helps you find things, but can sometimes be grumpy right when opening.

Very diverse staff. People overall look pretty happy to work here. Definitely a different vibe from most HD, very chill. A lot of the staff is younger though so they don't seem as experienced with the products offered as is ideal

David in gardening was amazing and so helpful I am currently disabled and he loaded my car for me and loaded the wood I needed it for the power outage I'm experiencing... You need more people like him... I will be back just because of him

Customer Service went out of their way for me yesterday when i needed to do a PayPal transaction without a card. I originally asked another clerk who was in Self Checkout if she could help me, and she just said " No you would have to have the PayPal card, sorry." I had no clue what i was doing, but i knew there was a way to do this transaction without my having to go home and place my order for pickup or delivery and return again to pick up the merchandise. And just before i walked out the door i happened to glance at the Customer Service sign at the other end of the store. I figured if there was any way to do this transaction without having to leave and come back, they would probably know at Customer Service. So i took a chance and lugged my items over to Customer Service. There were 3 associates working in Customer Service, and i was called over from the wait line in under a minute. I explained my situation and was assured from the start that although they werent positive they could work it out, that they would definitely try! They took the load off my shoulders and immediately relieved the stress which was already building up in my chest, and the headache that comes along with it... Their friendliness and willingness to help me solve this problem, which they are really not even required to help me with, as it is my own responsibility to know how to get to my money before i reach the store. The Customer Service associates were all very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, and we had the transaction done and me on my way in less than 15 mins!! These are the kind of people i wish every store had!
