The UPS Store

Went in on December 19, 2023 around lunchtime. Only waited about 2-3 minutes. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful, professional, and polite. I needed to ship a package to arrive prior to Christmas and they were still able to ship ground which was a good rate and still deliver by 12/22. Another great experience!

I just love this UPS Store. I have been a client of the Currier family for a very long time. They are always courteous, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this UPS store to all in need. Thanks Scott and Katie for taking such good care of us over the years.

On December 5, I shipped a water color picture to my nephew in California. Lots of sentimental value and I left this store knowing they would handle this item with live and care! Best UPS store in the world!!! Really👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍

I had to return a pair of shoes to Amazon. I was in a hurry and on my lunch break, went in the store totally unprepared, never having made a return to Amazon before. The young lady helped me print my return sticker, get a box and got me fixed up quick. I was in and out, even though they were extremely busy. Everyone was nice, and smiling, ready to help.

The associate that took care of me…did just that. I did not have tape for my box and she immediately began taping it for me. She was fast and efficient as well as kind.

Friendly and fast service. Knowledgeable employees greeted and thanked me for my business. I was taken care of in a prompt manner.

Have used UPS many times over the years because they're reliable, i get a tracking number for my packages and the staff is always friendly and helpful

Great experience! Casey was super helpful and thorough. Whatever you pay her SURELY isn't enough. Glad I came into this location instead of my regular store. Will definitely make this my normal location.

Staff is always helpful & friendly. I have been using this location for 2 years and have never had a problem. It's always good to read reviews it not only tells you about the business, but the person writing the review. Some things just aren't relevant. Highly recommend this location.

I’ve needed help with mailing various odd pieces at times. Odd shaped, delicate, and needed help packing. I have a high school friend who’s assistant director of an animal shelter in MX and they’ve been tremendously helpful at sending items to her for the shelter at the best and cheapest rates. Every time I’ve been in there they’ve always been kind and helpful. I’ve been in there at closing and found them very polite with customers who got there late. A couple times I’ve gotten there a few minutes before 6 and found them closed. When I asked about them closing early they said on rare occasions they will close after 5:45 when the last carrier leaves if they’ve had no customers for awhile. I know it’s inconvenient but their help and suggestions when I’ve needed it more than compensate.

I don't often leave reviews for shops such as The UPS Store. Nonetheless, I felt obligated to leave a good review for this location. I went to ship a package, and I forgot to attach the prepaid label. The employee went out of their way to re-print the shipping label for me at no cost. This saved me a lot of time, and it was much appreciated.

I live about a mile from the Greer UPS Store location (also on Wade Hampton), and I drive an extra 6 miles to this store. The staff is courteous, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable...those are things I just can’t say about the Greer location. There’s somebody new every visit, they’re rarely helpful, rarely knowledgeable, and I ALWAYS end up waiting for 10-15 minutes for something easy and simple - Like getting a receipt for an Amazon return drop-off. I have literally never seen them have more than one register manned, despite 10+ waiting customers. At this Taylor’s store, I’m in-and-out in no time and have never had a bad experience. Highly Recomend!

Scott and the team have been my UPS provider for 12 years. I assume about 300 shipments. Always efficient and helpful with my shipping needs. I just stopped by this site to verify the closing time and decided to leave my Review. I'm off to the store within the hour to make my next shipment.
