The cheese burger I ordered was ok (My wife really enjoyed her bacon cheese burger, though). The French fries were dropped in a salt bag (or so it seemed.). But the true redeeming feature of our order was the strawberry shake! (That alone deserves 5 stars on its own.) It was so creamy and flavorful that I wish I had ordered a large! Never go to an ice cream joint to order a burger... get the ICE CREAM! (Lesson learned!)

Always save room for dessert! Perfect location with the best ice cream around! Great for just an ice cream cone or take home quartz and gallons of ice cream. Staff is fun and friendly. Story is very clean and well organized.

Sure, Braum’s is a staple here in Oklahoma. The burgers are great, the ice cream is amazing and they’re on every corner. I’ve never had an issue with customer service. But today, I did receive exceptional customer service. So much so, that I had to share... I had a little break at work and needed a place to crash and do some paperwork... I don’t usually do breakfast here, so wasn’t really familiar with the menu choices. The young lady who helped me, Trinity (name tag says Shift Leader) was super helpful, nice and sweet!! She gave me recommendations she likes and also for items most popular. Loved my Everything Bagel Veggie Omelet this morning, Trinity!! Thank you for being so kind!! Service today = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered online for pickup and there was a little mix-up but everything worked out just fine the manager was cool and very polite.

My son is autistic and he will Only eat the French onion dip from here. We love to make trips to braum's for all our little wants and needs. Ice cream, frozen dinners and of course the best dip around.

Still had long wait, everything fresh on 1/6 burgers we ordered, but cheese wasn't melted. dad said burgers, not warm, understanding they were just getting them made quickly as possible, still tasted good

Braums is a no Brainerd. Absolutely the best French fries in town. Hamburger was nice , juicy and good taste. Chocolate milkshake to die for. Overall fantastic meal.

Braum's has great ice cream hands down. The frozen yogurt cones are excellent taste and money wise. Pur family loves the vanilla & black walnut. It can get a little crazy at times with the service, but I give it a 5* because the ice cream is really good and the guys who do serve you in spite of the occasional chaos do try hard to provide decent service.

I love this place. I come here once a week. Ok sometimes twice; don't judge me. I get a sundae or banana split, and it's always perfect. All of the flavors are a custom order, and they still always get it right. I buy groceries from here too. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant, and theirs is the only milk that doesn't kill him. (We have experimented.) Everyone is always friendly, and their ice cream selection is great. The food is good too; I'm a crinkle fry fan, and they're always perfect here. Google Maps is prompting me to update my review because it's been a year.
I still go here, and the employees, food and ice cream are still great. Even short staffed, the people working are fast and super friendly.
