I stop by on the way home from
Work for some groceries soap etc, and Daniel is always giving a warm greeting as I walk in and is very fast and polite with checking me out.

The managers Michael and Larry did a fantastic job in helping me utilize their wonderful rewards program and saving 15 percent on the perfect bedroom armoire! I was able to get the last one they had-which was the floor model.

Great selection on home decor, accessories, and essentials!

I had a lot of fun in BIG LOTS. I saw so many different items. They had string lights and only table lamps, outside decor and microphones. Really nice home decor and so much more. I was interested in a standing lamp unfortunately I could not find one but I love the selection. The crowd was so small, there was no wait at the register, They have Ghirardelli bags as well, a Great sensational chocolate filled candy.

I had been hunting for tall 2-door cabinets I could use as pantry cabinets that were reasonably priced and sized. I had been looking for over 2 weeks at a dozen other local stores as well as online. I should have went to BigLots first. They had exactly what I needed about $80 less than similar products elsewhere. When what I needed was not in stock at one location, without having to being asked, the sales associate located my products at another location in town and had the items held aside for me to pickup. Great customer service!

Love this store. Great deals! I needed extra help when I was checking out. And the guy helped me out. End up getting this great Black & Decker air fryer. Very helpful. Also I get a veterans discount there ...priceless🤗

The employees were incredibly friendly. They worked well together, they were unloading a lot of freight, but they were seamless in helping customers, keeping the lines down. I had a cough and one of the employees even got me some water. The place was clean and organized. Whatever they are doing here they need to keep it up.

I love going to Biglots and I have for years now !
But this time I feel like I must write a review about this specific location. All of the employees that I have interacted with have been nothing short of simply amazing and customer service is spectacular!
The manager of the furniture was probably one the nicest and most helpful person I have been around in a very long while. I really hope the company knows what a very valuable employee they have working in that department.

I enjoyed this store found lots of stuff our family could use for a great price. We are all super picky about pillows in our family and I found everyone in our family one. Which was awesome for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean and easy to find and see items.

Very friendly workers, store is clean and organized. Great service and good selection. Recently bought a recliner. No issues and I love my new recliner. I wouldn't hesitate to buy furniture here in the future.

I Love this store! One of my favorite places to shop. They are a close-out store, so sometimes you may not find certain products you really liked before, but either they have other items that are similar or they may bring back the same items in the future. Most prices are really cheap for great products, including name-brand...sometimes cheaper than Walmart or other comparable stores. I would Highly recommend for saving some $ and finding unique, quality products for the whole home. They have a refrigerated section also, but prices can be a bit higher for those products, unless they are on sale.

I love big lots they have good stuff for a good price. Only thing is their employee was very rude to us. We were aware they were about to close and their employee very rudely rushed us to check out. We were already done getting what we needed we just wanted to browse their clearance before we left cuz their location is further from our house than other places. But we choose to come here. We just wanted to take a quick glance and check out. But she decided to shout across the store to rush us and it just angered us to be honest. Its rude. I know it was almost closing time but thats not how you handle the situation. If she were nice about it I wouldve never came before closing time again

Good selection, friendly cashier. Fair pricing without fighting crowds. Easy in & out to main roads.

I love big lots, they have the best deals and even better sales! They have serta mattresses cheaper than anyone else. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The only negative is the 3rd party delivery service that they use. Do yourself a favor and find a truck! But that's not big lots fault so 5 stars!

Love our local Big Lots. So many little hidden treasures, friendly employees, always holiday ready.
