I ordered some shoes online and the warehouse had an “oops” and put the wrong size in the correct size box. Instead of trusting the mail, we drove 2 hours to our nearest dick’s. The staff at this location were quick to help and made it an easy exchange. Didn’t get the managers name but he was great!

I don’t write many reviews but Liya in the shoe department is a rockstar. She was very helpful and friendly dealing with her customers knew her products and showed pride in her work that is uncommon these days.

I went in for a specific shoe and the girl in the shoe department and Gracie helped me. She was helpful like store employees use to. Great job Gracie.

Cashier was very nice and helpful. I did notice a lot of other employees standing around talking and not doing much. But we did find what we were looking for.

I ordered some Nike shoes online and did curbside pickup today! The workers had it ready super early for me to drive and wait for my item in the labeled parking spots. I felt safe from exposure, highly recommend ordering and doing curbside pickup!!

Purchased a kayak for my grandson, I was helped by two associates and Jamie the manager. Everyone was extremely helpful and the manager even carried the boat for us to the front of the store. Then he carried it to my truck.

The staff was so very helpful, kind and thorough. The store was well staffed, organized, clean and huge, so much stuff. Kinda pricey in my opinion.

We went back after our purchase of the crossbow...a sales associate who's name is Austin helped us today and had found the paper work that should have been with at time of sale ..but he helped us today to have it...thank to Austin @ Tulsa hills Dick's..we can now operate our new crossbow with Safety and begin to know more about the product..
