This is one of our favorite Ross stores. Aside from location near home, and it being a "hit" or "miss" as most of these type of discount stores are; the workers here are seriously the nicest I've dealt with in ANY Ross store. The workers here must have great management and as a customer I extend respect as retail is a difficult job to have(worked in retail for years. It can be rewarding and heart breaking). I am always greeted by employee's and cashier's happily, I extend that kindness and almost ALWAYS leave buying something I don't need. 😂 Or need.....

Weirdly enough, it was wicked crowded on a Monday night around 7P.M. 🤔 and it's not the holidays yet. 🤷

The Staff & Security Officer Are Always Very Pleasant, They Always Have Awesome Deals. Their Bathroom & Store Is Always So Clean. I Just Love The Costumer Service There Because They Have Patience & Always Treat People So Kind Even When Lines Are Long(The Cashiers Ring Out Costumers In A Timely Fashion/Fast)

Good prices and great bargains. The store is messy not because of staff but because some customers don't put stuff away where they got it. How would you like for people to go to your job and trash it?

They do the best they can with their staff. I'll definitely be coming back. I came in for a dress shirt and was in and out in under 15 minutes.

It's very simple it's about 3min.from my abode and the location has Amazon's lockers so I not only get the chance to purchase different house necessities but the great amazon lockers contain My online purchases. So for me I get to save a lot of cash not only on gas ⛽ but also no long lines but I save myself from the pandemic and Time. I have a great time sitting and shopping but for the immediate must haves such as bath towels and makeup 💄 ect... Ross saves me lots of cash. Also Ross opens at 8am these days and I am usually there about 8:05am. No lines I am usually the first person inside the door.

Since it opened they've had to crack down on a lot of theft in the makeup department, but other than occasionally buying a makeup palette and finding one or two colors missing, the clothing and cookware here is pretty good. It's all fairly priced too and this location DOES have a fitting room.

It never fails! Everytime I come into the store there are kids running around unsupervised! Kids tearing packages open, and climbing on the shelves to get to the toys! Where the heck are the parents?!?
When I talked to loss prevention about the unruly behavior, I was told they can't say or do anything! WHAT THE FREAK PARENTS!! Step up and do your job!!!
The staff is working their butts off to clean up after slobs who throw merchandise all over the store, and you got these wild kids to try to work around! So if the staff isn't very nice, I can understand! With these work conditions who could! Ross needs to step up their game with these rude/lazy parents and the untrained kids they bring with them!!!
The selection is great, when it's not practically sold out! I always find something in my size and for an awesome deal!

Great deals and the location is perfect for me .The workers were professional and friendly .Even though the line was long to check out , it moved very fast . For a new location my experience was good ,I shop here at least once a week now .

I shop at this Ross most of the time. Since the store has opened since the store has reopened it us well stocked. The greeters keep count of who is enters and who leaves. This Ross store is not usually messy which us why I visit this particularly store.

Associates are always helpful & courteous- Always appreciate the help I get in finding an item or getting a price check. Very neat and organized.

I love that store i can find things my size and so much to see and find love the prices , l always leave happy because i find something least expected and it walking distance for me love it glad they put one close by

Love Ross they have so much to choose some the sizes go up to 3x and it's just a really nice store.

I like this place, they have very good prices and good variety, got my son 3 basketball jerseys and 2 pairs of shorts for $50

I come here at least once a week (whether I'm broke or not). It's close to my job and helps me relieve stress. They also have really nice stuff

Love love love Ross!!! Always has new inventory, the store is clean, vivid safe. The staff is friendly. Always find a bargain.
