I had a prescription to be filled and it took less than 5 min. Less time than for me to look at nail polish.

Never in my lifetime did I think I would be writing a review to thank a pharmacy for treating me like a human and having compassion when address my pharmaceutical needs. I literally wanted to cry because the pharmacist were kind to me when addressing my needs today. Which is so disheartening in the world of medicine. I truly appreciate your customer service and kindness, and want to let you know that the world needs more pharmacist and staff like your store.

Stopped in tonight for my Covid booster shot and want to recognize the hard-working pharmacist and tech this evening. The pharmacist was kind and compassionately helped a customer who came back in with questions about her medications. He has quickly mixed meds in the past for me when my infant has fallen asleep in the car while in the drive thru so that I wouldn’t have to circle back or come inside. Thank you for providing excellent customer service!

I want to recognize Alyssa, an outstanding member of this CVS team. She went above and beyond today, making multiple calls during her busy shift to ensure I was able to fill a very important prescription that had been sent to the wrong pharmacy. Thank you!

These pharmacists work very hard with very little help. They seem to be understaffed every time I go in to pick up my meds but even so they are always friendly and courteous to each customer.

One of my fav place to stop by and shop all the employees including the store managers are the best st these location . Always ready to help me and take all my app coupon. Thanks cvs for having these wonderful people at these location.

Went there today for the first time to get a much needed prescribed medication filled before going to work. They had it in stock and said it would be 1 hour before it would be ready. I had no choice so I said I would sit down and wait on it. After 50 minutes of being the customer there and the fact that the pharmacist left Twice to help customers find things for a total of 15 minutes, I asked her how much longer? She stated to me " I told you it would be one hour". Sure enough she made me wait 1 hour!! I will never go there again! Walgreens has never treated me a "waiting" customer like that before. Not saying all CVS are bad but this one is.

This particular CVS can't keep my much needed medications in stock even though they know ahead of time that they are critical medications.
They give you a certain day and then they still don't have it leaving you to struggle without it.

Then they have people giving you different prices and even charging for medication that your insurance paid them for and you have $0 co-pay. Not good at all.

Yet Another episode of not getting a medication today after being told it would be ready a few days ago, but now I have to wait almost another week so I am giving them one star today.

Terrible customer care.
I came in as they were getting ready for lunch. My RX had already been called in and I was the only customer in the store. They would not give it to me! After lunch I was informed. I was too sick to wait. Now I don't have it and I cant get back to the store. Thanks so much CVS. I won't be back.

I made an appointment for my daughter a week ahead to get a Covid test so that she could return to college. Her test was scheduled for 4:30. We got in the car line window at 4:15 with 6 cars in front of us. We waited in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes to get to the window. It was taking around 20 to 25 minutes per car for some reason. When we finally got there, the drive thru personnel said we were too late and that the nurse had gone home. I explained that this was not our fault and that she should not have left until all scheduled appointments had been done. She said she was sorry and I just needed to call the minute clinic. So, I did. I filed a complaint. Went back the next day, explained what happen and that I needed them to make it right. There were no other avaiable times in Greenville and she had to get this before returning to college. They showed no sympathy and told me to call Minute Clinic again. That had done me no good the day before calling them. I will NEVER use that store again. They are unprofessional and do not care if they have made the mistake or care to make it right by their customer! The nurse who left knowing their were people waiting to get scheduled Covid tests should be reprimanded as well!

I made an online purchase. Item was not acceptable. Called this store to see if I could return it to this store. I took it in for my refund. First I was told that I can't have cash back, only a store credit. I didn't pay with a store credit. Since I had items to purchase, I decided to go ahead with the order. Then I was given credit for only half of the purchase price. I had original packaging, shipping invoice and receipt online for the purchase, now why are you trying to rip me off. I will not except that treatment and will be contacting corporate. Manager made NO effort at all, to correct this. 😣
