It took me a long time to get through the insurance process but once I finally did I was setup today to get trained on my CPAP machine and figure out which mask I wanted. The trainer was fabulous!! I am excited to use my machine tonight and get some better sleep. I was really impressed with their whole process and customer service.

Dominique was very professional, calm, knowledgeable and easy to understand. She went through all the pieces & parts of the C-Pap machine, how to set it up for use at home, gave us suggestions on how to get used to wearing the mask and the care of the unit. Excellent training advice.

GOOD EXPERIENCE! Equipment was well explained and fitting of the CPAP mask was quick and easy. Went back with a couple of questions and to change my mask; exchange was easy and handled as promised!

Dominique did an amazing job getting me set up with my new CPAP machine. The teaching was very thorough, and she was very patient and kind.

Delivery was fast and easy. My mom is coming home from a long stent at rehab and needed some medical equipment. It's was delivered promptly before she was discharged and my technician Scott was efficient and pleasant. The three items came fully assembled and ready to go. Hopefully mom doesn't need much more stuff, but if she does I hope that the transaction is as smooth as this one.

These guys are pure professionals. Getting a CPAP machine can sometimes feel overwhelming but they have made the process so simple and have provided me with the very latest in technology that I feel really confident moving forward. Cassity just finished a very exhaustive 1-hour training session and she was great!

First visit. The store was very nice and Laura who took care of me was very Helpful in explaining my options. It took about seven weeks for adapt clear my application and they were not very helpful during that time.

Three days after a bike wreck, I was finally told I could leave the hospital.
The discharge order came after 5 PM and I couldn’t leave without a walker. Even though it was after his shift had ended, Steve got me the walker and made sure it was set up right.
I was so happy to get home and really appreciated the extra service that made it possible.

I had Steve Gulliver deliver a bed and suction machine. He was professional, set up the bed, gave instructions on how to use it, put together the suction machine, gave instructions on how to use it and supplied us with additional supplies. He brought bed on one trip, then came back with suction machine later. I would highly recommend Steve.

I was not home when Maurice McLean came to service my oxygen tank, however my grandson was here and he said that Mr. McLean was a very positive and respectful gentleman! Thanks so much Adapt Health.

Thank you for the excellent care and detail of your service. Equipment came quickly and equipment was in good condition. The young men who came for set-up and take-down were polite and knowledgeable.

Family Medical Supply in Cary, North Carolina did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing a problem I was having with my portable oxygen unit that I had gotten from Louisiana. The battery kept overheating. We made a call to FMS as soon as our flight landed in NC and we were able to be seen even though it was late in the evening. I can't say enough about Michelle's customer service and knowledge. She immediately made me feel more at ease and restored my confidence that the problem had been fixed. I highly recommend Family Medical Supply in Cary, North Carolina.

Cassidy was great! By the time she was finished with the “fitting” class I didn’t have to ask any questions she had covered everything! She was very pleasant and made it fun and she has a great since of humor!!

Everyone is so friendly, and the therapist who conducted the class was excellent. She was well informed, explained everything clearly, and was extremely helpful. She had already looked at our records and had set all the equipment we needed based on our specific requirements. I am embarrassed, I didn’t catch her name. Please do convey my gratitude to her.

The people at Family Medical, now Adapt Health, have been wonderfully helpful to my husband and me as I got used to my CPAP and then to using oxygen night and day. They have been patient with us as we learned about the equipment and its cleaning, and then when we needed to make some changes. They recognized that we were nervous about making mistakes and were very encouraging, and helped lower the stress. Thank you.

The lady that gave us the demonstration was very professional, informative, and courteous. She made everyone in the room feel very welcome in the beginning and I felt confident at the end in both CPAP products and the systems regarding their use.

This my 2nd CPAP but first from Family Medical. The orientation from Dominique was informative and very helpful. I didn’t get that from the first company that sold me my first CPAP 7 years ago.
