Very customer oriented staff who were willing to go the extra mile to help us find the things we needed. We appreciated the ability to buy only the number of hardware items we wanted instead of the larger packs available in the big box stores. Thank you Ace Hardware and staff!

The employees went out of their way to help me. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Store was clean, stocked and easy to navigate. Parking right in front of the store but parking lot itself was congested. Definitely will use this store again.

I was looking for sliding-glass door lubricant.
He recommended the best selling product. Then I said I needed a bag of potting soil. Not only did he go get a cart and bag of soil, he checked me out as well. Thank you Pablo for your great Customer Service!!!!

Needed key fobs cut for my Chrysler 300. Tom was great. Explained options, got my keys cut. Fantastic experience.

If you're tired of walking around those big orange and blue stores, trying to find that one, odd little item - or an employee that knows where it is - come here.
The ad says it, Ace is the place. A neighborhood hardware store.
An astounding amount of stuff in the space but easily navigated, they also have people who can help you. I know, it surprised me too. Don't forget the cashier, a real person, not some automated self checkout with an overseer. I love that personal touch.
And if you need just 3 #6 sheet metal screws you don't have to buy a box of 50 like those other places.
They are a little pricier than the hardware store versions of Walmart but I have never regretted a purchase here. (And it reminds me of trips to the hardware store with my dad & grandpa.)

Very nice guys, I was stuck outside and I broke a bolt while trying to change my coils. A mechanic would have charged me probably around $1000to fix. But 2 guys came out & got it right out and helped with supply of tools too. Didn't charge me. Great guys

I was passing and needed some small toggle bolts. Standing near the key cutting I over heard this conversation with a customer, as did those around me.
The lady was pushing a pram with small child in it.
"I bought these keys yesterday in Wall Mart and they don't work, can you look at them?"
"Give them here," the man requested and without fuss started to work on the keys, within minutes he handed them back, "they should be alright now."
"How much do I need to pay?"
"Ah no charge."
The next in line wanted something to do with a sledge hammer, so he goes to help this man, passing me I ask "is it an honor code with the toggle bolts?"
He smiles, laughs and says "we'll come after you if you don't pay."
My visit to this store was a great experience for me, I found humor, kindness, and two toggle bolts

The staff here is great. Even though I don't often need a lot of help, I do often overhear them being so good with other customers. Good stock, they keep the store organized.

Tom C. Was just incredible! I called ahead to see if they had Wingnuts, and he went out of his way to go check and see period came back to the line and said he had them waiting at the counter for me. When I got there he called every single store possible to try and find me a wing nut driver. The store was so incredibly busy the phones were ringing off the hook but none of the employees there were flustered. All very kind and willing to help. Not only the time go out of his way for me he was also there with a big hug a beautiful smile and some great humor. I am so grateful to live in a community or people care about each other and go the extra mile to just be nice. Thank you Tom you're a hero in my eyes
