I like this location due to easy parking and the store is clean with wide aisles and often specials that I like. Check out needs customer relations skills, a nice thank you and smile would work, lol. Not a pleasant ending to spending my $ there. Love pharmacy/pharmacists though.

The staff and Pharmacists are great. It is an older store but that is made up for by the staff.

While this Riteaid may look neglected, the staff makes up for it. First off, the Pharmacy is friendly, professional & always there to answer a question. I left CVS years ago...those poor Pharmacists look overworked, underpaid & it shows. Never have I met a group of miserable & rude individuals. I digress...
The other staff members are just as friendly. Corporate should take a look at this location. Their staff should make them proud.

Severely understaffed, if calling the pharmacy, expect to wait on hold for 30+min

I have been a loyal customer of this store throughout its changes of ownership (Eckard's, Thrift Drug, et al.) for 30+ years. NO MORE!

I purchased 3 items that were sale-priced and didn't realize I'd been charged retail until I got home. I returned with the original register tape and the 2 products I had not opened several days later for a price adjustment. (The sale was still going on.) In fact, I used the plastic bag I got when I bought them.

I have had a Rite Aid discount card since this store became a branch of that company. Before that, I bought off-brand disposable diapers (switched from cloth ones only when I had to change from an at-home provider to a group day care) exclusively from this store. In fact, we still use their on-site pharmacy. (NO MORE for them, too.)

The same cashier, a pleasant and attentive young man, began to process my adjustment. Then he informed me that he couldn't refund the difference on my coffee because it wasn't in the plastic bag with the two boxes of cereal. Wait, what? I had never run into this problem at any retailer! All the pertinent info was right there on the register tape. Turned out the store required the ISBN # or some esoteric nonsense which I'd NEVER had to provide for a simple correction to the Seller's error!

Okay, now I had a mission. I returned the same day with my crumpled up coffee bag. Same cashier. But he was having a cash register problem when suddenly, an older female employee swooped down on us, screeching like a harpy, "WHEN DID YOU BUY THIS?! IT BETTER NOT HAVE BEEN LAST WEEK! IT WASN'T ON SALE LAST WEEK!"

Both the cashier and I kind of went into shock. Honestly, I don't remember details afterward. I got my minuscule cash refund and hurried out.

That was my last transaction with a store I'd dealt with since 1990, maybe even before that. CVS, here I come!

This Rite Aid is the neglected foster child of local Rite Aids. The stock is lesser than other Rite Aids in terms of volume and variety, the cashier is often away from the register, and on multiple occasions the employees decided to close the store 10 minutes early. I would only use this Rite Aid when shopping at the Acme(which happens to be the underachieving bastard son of local Acmes, maybe the entire shopping center sucks?). Due to the hours this is probably not a good Rite Aid to use as a primary location for Rx services, considering there is a 24/7 Rite Aid in Ardmore West.

This RiteAid is NOT customer focused. Is it any wonder they are going out of business?

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. I walked in for a Covid booster only to be turned away for not having an appointment. The website said that walk ins were welcomed, but then the pharmacist said walkins are not welcomed because they are a busy pharmacy, keep in mind absolutely no one was there at the time. Was there for 15 minutes and maybe one other customer came in. I’m a pharmacist, you don’t turn away a pregnant patient looking to get her vaccine. Seriously do better.

I stopped going here in a couple years ago, because the little troll in the morning couldn't control her emotions.  She constantly yapped away to a coworker about her personal issues. The tone always angry. Then she would stop talking, look at a customer and yell at the customer!  It sounds like Rabbit Moon met this weirdo.  So when I toss my things on the counter and say "you have no right to speak to me in such a way", she makes up a story to the manager and he stays he "banned the customer".  So not only do they have mentally ill people working here, but weak management who enable abusive behavior.  👍 Weak management. Garbage employees.

This store deserves NO STARS, the female manager who works there is an evil and heartless individual, who refuses to do her job properly. She lied to me and said there was nothing she could do about a gift card that was not activated by the cashier who scanned it. When in fact there is something that can be done... I will contact her boss right away.

The store is dirty, shelves often half filled, and the wait at the pharmacy is often interminable.
