Very helpful staff

The products are always great at GNC, but the staff had no clue about what they are selling. The lady and gentleman working at this location were not familiar with the product they were pushing me to buy. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, but they kept pushing a product they said was "better" but couldn't explain why. Put the effort in to know what you are talking about.

Products are meh, somewhat overpriced. Their biggest fault is their customer service. Rude and pushy with their promotions. If you spend a bit in there cost comparing to other places, they take issue with you. Things are cheaper on Amazon, just go there or somewhere else.

So much unnecessary attitude from the female staff member at this location. The first visit I had questions (that were not answered because she was in the back). I decided to make a purchase based off the price at the location where is was stocked. After purchase I noticed I was overcharged. Today I tried to return the item, and was told I couldn't do that without a receipt or I would get a fraction of the return back. I asked if it was stored on our paid membership, nope. Nothing to do but come all the way back with a receipt. You lost all our business and future memberships today!
