Martinez Tire & Muffler Shop

I needed a muffler installed, but due to the size of my vehicle, some work was needed to get the flow correctly. These guys not only took me in at the last minute and they were so accommodating. They stayed open 30 minutes late in order to make sure everything was good to go. They showed me what needed to be done, what the price point was and then showed me the work when finished. The welds were beautiful and the work was top notch. I’ve been recommending this place since. 10/10 would recommend!

I woke up on a Sunday morning to a flat tire. After knowingly procrastinating, fate decided today was the day. Of course, most places are closed. I removed the front wheels from my car and brought them over to my new guy Martinez. Within half an hour we were paid up and squared away with two replacements. No more procrastination necessary. Problem solved. I love when solutions are easy and convenient and the guys at Martinez’ shop were exactly that.

I went to 3 other places that had many other cars in the bays and in the driveway. Walmart told me a 1 to 1 1/2 hours (oh no) wait for a tire plug. So I tried Martinez Tire on Patt Booker. I pulled up, I was seen right way, I was done in less than 10 min. Thanks Team Martinez!!!

Excellent place to pull up and get a flat fixed. There were 3 other customers there being helped at the same time, like clock work we were out of there within 10 or 15 mins all fixed and ready to go. Recommend to everyone. Looked like they had a good selection of used tires also.

Had a nail in tire and staff got me in, identified problem and fixed the tire in less than 15 min. Wasn't expensive foe the fix wither. Highly recommend

I picked up a nail in one of my vehicle’s tires. Of course it’s Sunday afternoon and I start a new job tomorrow. I put air in the tire but fearing a flat overnight and not wanting to be late for work on my first day, I started looking for a tire shop that was open on Sunday. I called Martinez, they said come on over. They pulled the nail, plugged it and had me on my way in less than 45 minutes. It couldn’t have worked out better for me.

10/10! Hands down my favorite tire shop in all of the San Antonio metro. Today I had another phenomenal experience with them, just like I had the last time... and the one before that!

I've never had better customer service from ANY other auto company, and I highly recommend this shop to anybody in the area who asks.

Best Service and Quality tires I have ever seen with Used tires. The Owner was nice and was able to cut a deal on a couple of Goodyears. If you want Great service always ask for Fidel he also goes by Junior. He is super helpful and always does great work in tire repair. My family have been going here since I was a child and I will be coming back for YEARS!!!!

Got new car 2 days later hit rock on rd. Tire was busted from side. Martinez tire replaced same as car dealer would not. Fast great service under 1 hr. Fantastic!!!
