This store was amazing. Our car was done ahead of schedule and the alignment work was challenging, but not for these guys!!!! I've been tithe other "big discount tire" place and I will never go anywhere but this Firestone location. The crew and desk service was fast and friendly the price was fair and it was done right!!!! Before they promised it would be. Thank you Firestone complete auto care. We will be back!!!!

I have had issues with repair shops in the past and tire companies not honoring warranties on tires less then 60 days old. I resorted to my son who is a mechanic in the military to work on my vehicles when he is home on leave so the cars are maintained. When he is not I use Firestone, because of the courtesy checks provided and what I do believe are honest recommendations for repairs. Also you do stand behind your work, products you sell and honor your warranty; I will be replacing my next sets off tires with you (I have 6 cars at home). Thank you, you have a customer for life.

The AFB firestone employees were very professional and nice. They did a great job replacing my tires and in a timely matter.

Kevin explained in detail all the questions I had concerning tires. The location is next to the fuel station and Exchange, so you walk instead of waiting in Firestone’s area, not comfortable to sit. But overall service is great they just need a better waiting area.

The Firestone team on Randolph AFB is customer service oriented and very professional. I appreciate that.

Amazing staff. Located in Randolph AFB next to the Express gas station, near the Commissary, it is very easy to spot.

Some of my tyres were low in pressure and I walked in and asked them to help. Even though they were very busy working with the vehicles, they had an amazing attitude and still found time to help me pump up my tyres. I’d especially like to recommend Jose and Elijah, who helped me multiple times with my truck tyres.

I will definitely return to them for tyre services while I’m stationed here!

I went here to get a set of tires. While they were working on it I went to the PX and had lunch and shopped. It was a good experience and very convenient location.

Soooooo, I went in for a routine search and see. But with multiple tire incidents visited upon family members, I felt the need to stop in for safeties sake, too. The manager took a look and explained the excessive feathering/wear on all of my tires was due to a long overdue alignment. The dealership charged me for an alignment at my last oil change appt. Obviously to little to late. DEALERSHIPS, ughh!!🙄 Also, my tread depth flunked the penny test hard. I expected a tire quote, some upselling and mayyybe an appointment next week. What I got was a same day appointment, two discounts (rebate & store card) and service with a smile! I was out of there in well under 2hrs. Driving my vehicle after the tire install was like night and day. I REALLY needed new tires. Thanks guys!! The Randolph Firestone team puts the "🔥" in Firestone.

The Firestone on Randolph gives excellent and efficient service. Great customer relations.

Made an appointment for my wife's BMW. They got me in within a few days. It is hard to find an auto care center that works on BMW and be reasonably priced for labor. Very friendly staff, they called me to let me know the parts I had ordered didn't fit and didn't charge me since no work was done which was very nice. Hope to get back in once the 3rd party parts place get me the right headlamps. I would have ordered with Firestone, but the dealership is out of stock.

Nice people. Needs a few touch-ups, very limited seating, but good service and walking distance to BX. Note: must have DoD/dependent/retiree/civ employeeID to access base; not required at the Firestone.

I have always been impressed with the service I receive from this Firestone. Richard is always warm, friendly & determined to please his customers..…a true professional.
The mechanic, Elijah worked on my vehicle as if it were his own. When I spoke with him, he took the time to explain what he was doing & why. Now that’s customer service at its best!

These guys are so great to work with and fair! So far I've been in twice and still haven't paid a dime. The first time it was because the screw stuck in my tire didn't cause enough damage to need repair. The second was because of a noise my engine is making which they localized and gave me words to explain it to another shop because they don't work on the engine in my type of car. These guys are really great!
