Haven't been to vape shop in years. 5 to be exact. To my excitement KAT was still there! Just as sweet and helpful now as she was 5 years ago!!!! I was always embarrassed and uncomfortable going into a vape shop, but Kat makes it so much easier for me.

Absolutely great place to shop, to vape, to discuss the issues plaguing our modern society (🤣) -- Come by and customise your box mods, learn the craft of building box mods and making the fluids to pour into your tanks. Get your spare parts and your upgrades and any concentration of VG, PG and Nicotine, even zero nic if that's your pick. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional and will gladly assist you with all your vaping needs, so bring it if you got it!

This is my go to vape shop. These guys set the bar high for vape shop experiences. Any time I go to another shop I end up walking right back out. I refuse to shop anywhere else. The shop is always clean, friendly and inviting. They are knowledgeable about all things vape related and will take the time to help you and answer any questions. Whether you are in a hurry or taking your time, they’ve got you covered. You will never want to shop anywhere else.

I loved this place because Kat took the time and had the patience to explain things to me. It had been so long since I had made a purchase there, so I couldn't remember everything, so she took the time to make sure I knew what I was getting. It's hard to find customer service like that these days. Most places just want to get you in and out, having made a sell, and selling up and she didn't do that. She also didn't make me feel dumb for what to be girlie and choose the right girlie colors. Thanks for all your help today Kat!! You definitely went above and beyond!! With all that being said everyone else there seemed really nice and customer service friendly as well!!

Excellent customer service every time I go there. They make their own house juices, and the flavors are really good. I've also bought a couple of mods from them and they have worked really well. They have a nice selection.

This place is the best vape shop in town! The night shift employees are the cats meow. True visionaries and professionals. I walked in with a box of parts from a tank that I broke. They were able to get me chugging clouds in no time.

This place is awesome! We recently moved here and we were looking for a new vape shop. I originally went to a different storefront, but luckily they were closed, which prompted me to try Innovated.

This establishment is calm, inviting, and sells many cool products including paintings, bath bombs, apparel, and more.

Every employee here is so friendly and knowledgeable, but if you get the opportunity try to see if Kiwi is working.

Updated: after 4 years of going to this store this is STILL the best place for service and quality products. Their staff is amazing and always kind. They never make you feel rushed and let you take your time choosing without making you feel like its a chore for them. They are always eager to explain a product and answer question as well. Love this place and the atmosphere it has.

I love Innovated Vapors. This lounge is extremely chill and staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Huge shout out to Kiwi! He has helped enhance my life with the knowledge and advice he has given me. Their house juice is nice and I love how you don't even need to put nicotine in it. Great place for anybody interested in Vaping.

Very good customer service. I’m on crutches right now and the nice lady held the door open, pulled out my chair, and even carried my bag out to the car even though it was pouring rain. She was even willing to do curbside assistance but I didn’t know what I wanted. I can’t express how appreciative I am. Plus the juice tastes great.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great place to chill after work. Couch is comfy. You can learn about ducks if you want to. Rewards system is awesome. They make me feel like a rock star.

Highly recommend this vape shop for the service and the products. The employees are extremely chill and nice and they surely know their products. The house juice is pretty good depending what your taste is and it's made freshly on the spot. The lounge is a cool place to come and hang out with friends and family. Kevin, Brittney and Kat are my favorites!
