If u are a beef rib lover like me this is the place to go. Ordered the Dino rib and let me tell u its a 2 eater for 1 rib. Rib was delicious tender and the smokiness was on point if u like smoked meats. The chicken and beef tips are also a gud choice
Came again n was so disappointed dry dino half burnt barely enjoyed the meat b4 throwing...wish the consistency was regular

Finally trying this bbq place and the food was good. After parking you are able to walk up and order a meal and they will send you a text once everything is ready. If you church in to the location, you can receive a free drink. They have a ton of meat options. I tried the Turkey, beef sausage and the brisket. I loved the other and the brisket. I’m glad they had beef sausage and not just but I wouldn’t order again. I also didn’t care for the bbq sauce. I’m gosh you can order portions as small as 1/4 lb. I’ll be back soon to try more menu items.

Came here for lunch the other weekend and I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and attentive the manager was. I ordered the loaded spud which is a baked potato with your choice of meat, butter, sour cream and bacon. Their collard greens looked good so I ordered a side of that. I ordered the spud with double meat and chose their chopped brisket. The meat was so flavorful and that loaded spud was enough for two meals!
The manager, at least I think that's who he was, was super nice and welcoming. This place is right around the corner from my apartment so I will definitely be back to try more of their food!

So I came across Blu’s today and I’ve got to say”WOW”. I got the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and at first I was hesitant but they let me try any sample I wanted. I was hesitant because they put cilantro in the slaw but I’ve got to say, I fell in love. It was so good and tasty. I did not get sauce on it because it was super juicy and decadent. I did get sauce in a container and did try it with the sandwich. The sauce has a great taste, has a great kick. I also got the 5cheese Mac and I would say that it is out of this world. The collard greens were great as well. Over all I’m saying that you got to get some for yourself. And the soda fountain( not the typical fountain) is something else. You’ll see. I ain’t spoiling it. Go try it. Hurry up, they’re closing soon. And the banana pudding is killer. Get that as well.

Great food. Love the walk up window,Promotions and call pre orders. Pull pork n brisket is my favorite. Taco options are a plus. Banana pudding is REALLY REALLY GOOD.

Their lean brisket and the loaded beans are my favorite!!! I drive 20mins a couple times a week to pickup. They only have a walk up window; no inside or bathroom. You can eat at a picnic table across the parking lot. I’ve never seen the frozen drink truck open.

Delicious bbq with tons of options & a special daily that makes it fun to go multiple times a week. Save room for desert - the cobblers & banana pudding are so good!

We tried Blu’s for the first time last night and I had to make a review cause I just can’t stop thinking about it! I wish I took pictures but it was gone as quick as I got it 😂. Such good brisket and pulled pork, yummy fries and even better Mac and cheese! My favorite had to of been the jalapeño popper filled with brisket🤤. The service was just as great and was worth the wait! Seriously can’t say enough good things. This is my new go to for bbq! 😍😍

This is a great place with great food with exception to one individual. He is a taller skinny Indian gentleman cutting 5/24/24. Couple weeks ago I waited in line 30 mins with plenty of time before closing. After he helped all the people around he turned me away and said I came too late. He looked right at me multiple times and then said i lied I had not been there that long. I’m a lot of things but a liar is not one. That was almost enough to make me NEVER return but the food is so good. What kind of customer service is this??? To be the one lying accusing me and turning someone who spends A LOT of money here away!!! Some people need Jesus in their heart. I pray for you sir!!

Blu’s BBQ did not disappoint! You can tell the food has soul to it, they were still on their soft open, so only the meats (brisket, sausage, pulled pork, ribs, and smoked sausage) were available. The brisket fell apart it was so tender, the sweet potato casserole was perfectly sweet, and the baked beans had a lot of depth of flavor! Try this little guy on the corner out

Best BBQ I have had since moving down to Texas. Very friendly and accommodating. Definitely check em out if you're in the far north Dallas area!

Love the food here. The Cajun potato salad and the pulled pork is my favorite. And they also make a decent banana pudding.

Excellent BBQ! We had them cater my son’s graduation and it was a huge hit! Plenty of food and so delicious!

I came mid afternoon to check this place out. While I was waiting for my order the cashier offered some samples of the pork belly burnt ends and brisket tamale, both of which were delicious. I liked the smoked chicken wings but all I got were drumette pieces (I’ll give them a pass on this since there’s still a wing shortage).

Wow!!! The BBQ is great here!!! I've been to Lockharts, hard eight, smoke Sessions, winners, pecan lodge just to name a few. Stopped in with some friends and got the backyard cookout. It's hard really hard to pick a favorite. If you love BBQ you really need to give this place a try

We ordered a family affair pack for Christmas Eve and I am so glad we did! Took the stress and time out of cooking and the food was sooooo delicious! The meat was good all by itself with no sauce or anything else added. THAT should tell you all you need to know! We will definitely be repeat customers!

We had the smoked Turkey Breast and wings. They nailed it Turkey had the perfect smoke flavor and it was incredibly moist. Wings all I can say is no sauce is needed. Will definitely add them to my top BBQ place.

In town for an extended layover and this was the first place I decided to try. Kolby and the crew were excellent, and made first time Texas visitor feel welcome. The dino rib lives up to its name and the apple cobbler was superb. Will definitely be coming back when I’m in town.

We LOVE Blu’s BBQ! Our favorites are the stuffed jalapeño peppers, dino rib, and smoked chicken wings. Delicious!!

We have a had time finding a bbq place so we decided to stop by today. This was our first time here and they were so friendly! I loved that they gave us some samples and it was so delicious! I loved my potato and the brisket was amazing! Keep up the good work! Definitely worth it and we are definitely coming back!
