It was really nice inside. It has beauty products, nutrition, medicine and some grocery items. Also it has a clinic. I personally ordered pickup and went to the photo counter to pick up. It was really easy and I got my speciality item just like I wanted.

Customer service here is incredible. Thank you so much to the workers for showing a desire to helping and be patience. Excellent work.

Always friendly. Especially the Pharmacy staff. Very helpful. I don't know how they do it. They are extremely busy. Constantly.

I got my second COVID vaccine shot in here. Mrs. Gwendoline was super welcoming and sweet. She took care of my documentation with a great attitude which soothed me to stay with a good mentality. Can't recall the name of the lady who gave me the shot but I can say she's a true professional. I could no even feel when she applied the injection. Of course, in a few secs after the shot, the arm gets a little soared. What I can say to people who complain about the response time is that all the ladies working in the prescriptions are saturated with work. I saw it. They're taking care of the phone, the people in the drive through line and the people in the line inside the pharmacy. It's hard stuff and it's evident they do the best they can. I think that in these particularly challenging times one has to be more empathetic with other people who are providing any medical service to the community.

Just had to come to this place for a simple vaccine. But none the less I witnessed some of the best professionalism and friendly encounters in Houston tx. The staff was so kind, informed and efficient. Especially a Amanda Fountain. You go chick! Thanks for the great customer service.

I use Walgreens photo very often! At least one a week.. and I stopped going to the location around the corner from me on Sam Houston and I drive here for better customer service.

Have never had issues here, even when my drug plan used them. Don't get in as much now, but wanted to share. Ms Brenda is a true gem!
