Toni with an “I”… you are such a great asset to this store.
After getting off a 13 hr hospital shift, being tired and attempting to use digital deal/coupons I probably shouldn’t have been in the self check out line. Toni cheerfully greeted everyone as we approached. No matter how many times she had to assist due to my error her demeanor and attitude never changed. Even showed me ways to look up items, all while efficiently assisting others that needed help and keeping the line moving, everyone in and out. We only see and hear about the negative things, so I had to stop and submit this review.
PS… To the guy working in the dairy department, I didn’t catch his name. I spent some time looking at all the yogurt options. He offered help and suggested a few…
I really appreciated this. This is my go to Kroger. I always leave with a smile.

It's really nice inside. I just grabbed easy to get stuff. It has $1 sim kits, gum and probiotics. Perfect for off-grid or camping/travelling like I'm doing. I'll definitely visit Houston again.

This Krogers on Atascocita Road is really nice. I had a very pleasant shopping experience. The store is large, clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation.

I especially like the produce, bakery and meat departments

I like the weekly ad that Krogers publishes. Its available online, or you can pickup a print copy at the store. I have saved a good deal of money with my Krogers card.

This Kroger is always the greatest they have the best employees they will always go out of their way to help you I love this place

I have been a customer here for over a decade and really like it. The pharmacy will get to know you personally. The prices are fair and the produce is fresh. They have a good variety, but it's not too big. Just right. Also, it is easy to get in and out quickly because they always staff the registers. As an added bonus, they are opened 24 hours a day!

Sushi staff is superb and always friendly. Good selection and I have never found anything nasty in terms of out of date produce like I have at other locations before. People are pretty good at destroying the 'manager discount' section before I ever get there though.

EDIT: They might have read my review, because they replaced the wheels with the new magnetic ones.

Changed to 5 stars for listening to customer feedback . I go to this Kroger all the time now.

You have to go in the morning. By 5pm, literally everything is completely picked over.

Kroger is still really expensive compared to other grocery stores, even with the shopping card.

This particular Kroger makes us laugh because EVERY SINGLE SHOPPING CART is broken. ALL of them. Without fail, every time we go there, they all have broken wheels that resemble the Flintstones. Not a deal breaker, because I don't go in there for massive shopping trips because of the price. But if you're planning on buying $1,927,380 worth of groceries, be careful, because we had to transfer our groceries out to another cart because the wheel broke off. It's actually kind of funny...

HEB in Atascocita is our go-to store for meat and produce. Walmart is the budget friendly place. This Kroger is you need one item in a pinch because none of their shopping carts are functional. 🤣

There is absolutely nothing wrong with this store, I agree with the other gentleman that people reviewing must be overly sensitive. We have lived across the street for 3 years and have gone to the store at all different hours without a problem. That being said, be prepared if you go at 2am because they are stocking shelves just like every other 24 hour store. I've also ordered from the bakery many many times without a problem. The only "odd" or disturbing things I've ever witnessed have been from other shoppers.

My go to grocery store! I use self check out when I go and I enjoy speaking with the attendant that's usually there. She's so nice! Talks to the kids.. makes the end of a hectic shopping trip worth while.

Love the store and points toward ⛽ but the gas station always seems to have pumps down and in poor condition. They need to invest in those. We lost our $1.00 off today when the pump decided to stop $0.18 cents into the car and could not use our discount.

So I lost my cell phone so I thought, I was a mile down the road when I realized I’d left it in the cart. The nice honest young man by the name of Aaron (all dressed in black) hope that’s his name, turned it in!! I’m so thankful for this, all my personal info and pictures of my babies are timeless and probably would never be able to recover them . This employee deserves more than what I gave him!! Ty💕

We Love our Kogers. We feel like family. Easy in and easy out. The Employees are friendly and helpful. THE PHARMACY ROCKS.THEY HAVE BEEN A BLESSING TO OUR FAMILY FOR YEARS.

The money services cashier was very professional. The place was wildly busy, but Joenelle took the time to go above and beyond, but kept things moving. Will definitely come back!

Fantastic I was making those Thanksgiving cookies you know with Oreo cookie and you place candy corn to make the feather and decorate the face. My Grandchildren love them. Looked at four different stores none. Kroger had them on isle 6 thank you Kroger My Grandchildren all five of them thank you as well.

Shaunda at the pharmacy has been super helpful and the measure of calm and poise despite a line and angry customers yelling at her. She has been wonderdul, and is an employee worthy if praise, and retaining her should be a priority for this store

They just reorganized the store & at first I hated it as I was used to just running in & out quickly but I'm now noticing the variety of food available. The employees here are always nice & helpful.

Love the meat , it's always fresh. Produce looks like they picked it just for you. Every one is very nice and super helpful.

Shelves were stocked and and the aisles were clean. Employees very happy and eager to assist.. customers were on their best behavior as well!!

Staff are polite and friendly. Store is stocked and I found everything I needed.
