Everyone is super friendly, they have a great selection in store and they're very organized. Rosio is a very sweet and knowledgeable person, I used to live in Easley, and they were very unorganized and understaffed. I recommend that customers that are local go to this store. My husband and I both had to get new phones, and Rosio was very helpful and informative as we were trying to decide on which one to get.

Wasn’t the best experience for the first hour until Emily came in and greeted us immediately and asked if we have been helped. Even though their WiFi was down she went out of her way to contact the west union store and make it happen because our phones were off at midnight.
If you want someone who actually cares and doesn’t BS you to get a sale ask for Emily!!!

The customer service was awesome they listened and answered our questions . They sold us the merchandise that we needed for our phones instead of trying to sell the highest priced items Yessica n I believe her name was Jody not sure but they worked the 2nd/closing shift and they are very professional and also personal. This is the first time that Cricket Customer Care really listened but they had never waited on us. They deserve a reward of something or a commission for their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . THANK U LADIES.

We went in dreading the switch of phone companies. Usually its a long, drawn out process of the carrier making you sign your soul away and giving false promises of service.
It wasn't like that in any sense. We picked our phones, the sales lady clicked a few buttons on her computer, and we now have the best carrier we've ever had.
It is truly unlimited service, the phones are great, and we never drop calls. It was never expected, but we will be with cricket until we croak, or they go out of business.

Guys, this young man in here was AMAZING! he really knew how to help and he was great at multi tasking and helping everyone in the store in a timely manner. He was super fast! I hope he's the manager cuz he sure was working like one

Crystal is an awesome sale's lady.. She's always took care of my needs.. And if she can't she still helps in some way.. This lady needs Employee of the month and definitely deserves a pay raise.
