Georgia Welcome Center

Beautiful and clean spot to stop and check out the welcome center. Plenty of maps and brochures for things to do in Georgia. Vending machines take CC and Apple Pay so that’s nice too! Pet exercise area outside is nice and shaded as well.

Real clean restrooms and a quiet place to do a 10 hour break and it wasn't crowed at all

Great Rest Area and Welcome Center. Bathrooms are clean and they have several vending machines for drinks and snacks.
Outside area is nice with picnic areas and plenty of grass for the pets.
Grounds and building are always clean and well kept.

Do you have Georgia on your mind or simply need to decompress after driving through SC? Than you will find this welcome center an oasis in the asphalt ocean of 85.

They have restrooms, and some exercise for your waggy frens.

Wonderful rest area with great information about Georgia. Also, the staff was friendly and the bathrooms are clean. There are plenty of parking spots da and nice outdoor activities for a picnic.

People were very nice my sister told them that the soap was empty and there was no tissue in a couple stalls and they took care of it right away

The bathrooms were clean and the customer service reps were very friendly. The snack options at the vending machine were typical. Overall it was a nice place to take a break.

Lots of parking place, cool chill nd stretch area on the side. They just have some wending machines. Washrooms are clean nd tidy.

This is definitely one of the coolest rest stops I have been to! There's a few staff here 8:30-5:00 to answer questions, going very guidance, and generally give your Georgia trip some flair. There's a penny souvenir machine, some little photo op areas, and a cool map accompanied by Darryl Dixon that shows filming locations for the walking dead. Pretty neat!

Good place to stop & stretch, & you can get back on the interstate quickly.

Clean and convenient. Large area for walking dogs that was surprisingly poop-free! Nice folks at the help desk.

Great stop! Really nice facility, with info and displays on Georgia areas. The person working was super sweet and helpful. Clean, well lit restrooms and a variety of drink and snack machines. Nice areas outside to take a break from your long travels.
