The manager Abby the new girl Genny are very sweet and helpful! I came to the store yesterday to buy me a few goodies and these ladies were very helpful and even sat and had a conversation with me. Overall I always have a very good experience at smokes 💚

Abby and grace were absolutely amazing ! They were very busy and still helped me find the perfect glass I was looking for . Will definitely be back ! One of the biggest selections I have ever seen with great prices ! And as a student they had a discount for me as well . A+

Needed to stop by to get my fix since I was in town and was pointed over to this place. The atmosphere of the shop is top notch and the people here we're pretty friendly. Shout out to Echo who is the most cool person I've had the pleasure of speaking with today. She was very knowledgeable about the products and actually helped me find a new flavor of Elfbar I hadn't tried before that I instantly was hooked on. Definitely a great shop and wish I had one of these places where I live.

Grace is amazing! She was friendly, informative and on point with what I needed this visit! Everyone is always so awesome but Grace definitely made my day with her customer support!

This is by far the best vape store in Troy. All of the staff are especially knowledgeable of their products and always ensure that you’re leaving with precisely what you had in mind. My favorite employee there, Grace, has always served me well. 10/10

This is the go to shop in town. Amazing variety, and helpful employees. The staff is always ready to help make recommendations based off of your needs.

I had a great experience at the store here in Troy! Had to get my younger brother’s iPad reset because he disabled it due to entering his password in wrong to many times. I brought it in on Wednesday and it was fixed by the next day, and it only took that long because it had to update. The guy who did it was the sweetest thing and even helped me go through the set up process TWICE cause I did something wrong the first time. 10/10 recommend going there if you can’t figure it out in your own. Wasn’t expensive either!

Love the atmosphere. The set upand the over all vibe is nice. The owner is amazing, he is straight forward with a good sense of humor and is always professional and courteous. I highly recommend coming in and browsing around awhile, you won't be let down!

She wasted NO time in showing us around the store, with a warm smile and vast knowledge of everything we could possibly ask about, we were treated like we had been regulars for years. The staff is simply amazing, and they have so much stuff that you’re sure to find something you enjoy. Because Zoe was so amazing, we will be frequenting this super awesome place.
