AT&T Store

Went in to the Fort Payne AT&T location and greatful to say it was a breeze. The ladies in there was all top notch in knowledge aswell as customer service. I deffinately reccomend AT&T service and this specific location for ALL your Cell Phone "NEEDS"

Great service, amazing customer service and I jumped on a deal for Motorola flip with higher capacity memory, speed and compact size for taking pictures...very intelligent employees that car, answer questions etc.Love the new Motorola flip razor plus cell.

The clerk sincerely wanted to help me. We went thru several scenarios in order to increase my volume, but to no avail. He did answer another question to my satisfaction and I thanked him. This store is great, the sales persons working are eager to help in every way! I purchased my phone at a big box store, it was shipped to me, huge mistake! I will always purchase in store from now on! There's something to say about customer service and you definitely get it here! Kudos!

The store reps are on point with info and the service is perfect. The staff are so informative and always smiling. The make you feel at home like your their best friends. The time in the store was just minutes: all my needs were met with haste and happiness. Love the service love the staff in the store. Love the speed of the network. I never lose signal and it’s never slow. Best I’ve had. Won’t go no where else from here on.

Great customer service! Was able to match price and get a discount on a $200 speaker!! Also, if you work at Ferguson you get a 15% discount for any items in store or online! The employee was very helpful and informative. Super outgoing. Loved my experience.

We recently had a phone issue with my husband’s Kyocera flip phone after my son upgraded to an iPhone 13Pro Max using his number. An hour after the switch was done, the flip phone quit receiving and sending calls. We returned to the store for help. They called customer service which was NO HELP. Lindsay did not give up but diligently continued to do things to the phone that was in use years ago. She SUCCESSFULLY solved the issue and was an absolute pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing AT&T.
