The other day I was in Columbus, Ohio, and had White Castle, and today I had Krystals and this restaurant was putting them out fresh, and they taste so much better than white castles, and their chicken sliders were way better!

Fast and friendly service, tasty food, military discount. Can’t complain!

Went through the drive-thru just before noon on a weekday. The lady was nice and patient at the speaker, and service was fast. We pulled over in the parking lot to eat and my husband said, "d**m, they're almost too hot to eat. I replied, "haha, never!"

I cut up with the girl in drive through. She was OK with my shenanigans and I was pleased with the demeanor of the employees there. Food was great. Had to wait a bit but was fresh so can't complain.

The drive thru service was amazing. Got in and out quick, food was fresh and the person at the window was very nice and thorough. Couldn't ask for better.

I asked for extra pickles and actually got 3, that's an improvement from the last few visits

I LOVE THIS PLACE THE FOOD IS SO GOOD but it's best at midnight because of the manager which I think her name cyndi she is super nice to my kids and they love going because she makes there day. It's so worth the wait because they are short staffed. Definitely coming back after work tomorrow !

Krystal's -Fort Payne AL my BEC biscuit was divine. Apparently they were short staffed, but nevertheless a big shout out to the nice lady who ran DT.

I never knew they had breakfast, so we had to try it. Overall it was good. The gravy I wasn't a fan of. I got the scrambler it was delish. Simple; bun,cheese,sausage an an egg. I will be back for breakfast

Great little burgers at a fair price. If u are hungry for a burger and are on a diet. These are not as fattening and satisfying the craving for burgers 😋

Wouldn't stop until they talked me out of what I ordered. They said make it a combo. So I got my food. Got two medium drinks. Only wanted a large. Then I only got 2 fries. Was suppose to be 3 and large. And waited 20 mins. 😒

I asked for a senior discount and they told me no. Then I asked if they had any discounts and the lady told me they had several just to ask for one and I said Veteran discounts . She said you got it and I saw her put the discount on the screen for the charge. She was so sweet. Thanks Krystal in Fort Payne Alabama.

They have a really good breakfast at a good price and friendly people.

Great place for a quick meal. This was a reminiscent stop as we live in the south and there are no Krystal stops. The menu had been expanded since the last time we visited. We enjoyed our meal and tried some of the new items and our memories if past times.

Love the steamed sliders. Worth it for fast food
