Update: I appreciate Jason Morrow, a manger from the location I visited, reaching out to me to make my order right. He was delightful to talk with. Jacks around for several decades for a reason, good employees and (normally) good food. Jacks PLEASE bring our regular fries back

Stopped for lunch, got 2 3 piece chicken fingers and fries. Fries were old & nasty. So $7 for 3 chicken fingers. Same last time I got a meal with fries, always old & re-cooked

I’ve been going to this jacks since I was a little girl. 5 years old running in every morning with my grandfather and eating biscuits and gravy.

I’ve been with this jacks since before and after its renovations. When it still had a playground lively with wren and lizards, and after they removed it.

I do not believe I’ve ever had a single bad experience here truly. Of course there are your typical long wait lines sometimes during rush hour, but when the line wraps around the building, you cannot fully be upset. Your food is always hot and leaves you feeling nice.

Even when I’ve had little mishaps like getting mayo when I’ve asked for no mayo, whether I noticed in the parking lot or once I got home, this restaurant has always accommodated me and fixed any problem I had and then some.

Burgers are definitely a different taste than that of McDonald’s. I’d choose jacks any day, and their chicken fingers are great too.

About 30$ for my family of 4 but that’s not with everyone getting drinks and fries.

BRING BACK BLUEBERRY PIE MILKSHAKES

We came through Sunday night around 9:50 pm and the young man working the drive thru had amazing customer service skills. I was afraid with it being so late, our visit might not go well, but he went above and beyond to make us feel special. Unfortunately I do not know his name, but he was awesome.

As of lately, the biscuits have been a little under done. Otherwise, it's always good. Good service, always clean and tidy.

Passed through this town on a road trip. Food was very fresh and yummy! Lady at the counter was so super sweet and seemed happy to be there. Everything was clean and they were following Covid guidelines without compromising the enjoyment of our dinning experience. We were aloud to go inside and dine and we enjoyed it!

Food was good, place was relatively clean. Can't really complain.

Food was hot and made right very good.

Stopped in for lunch while driving through town. Even though they were busy, the food came out fast, hot and fresh. Good job.

Best fast food restaurant for breakfast!

Breakfast through the drive thru is usually lined up but moves quickly. It is definitely worth the small wait.

Fast fast lines on drive through and best ranch dressing for fry’s and shakes ! Just need bigger milkshake cups lol says My belly

Great tea! Pleased with food and service. It was my wife and I's first stop at a Jack's. The drive thru line was pretty long, but moved quicker than most similar restaurants. We had pretty basic combos and everything was correct. My wife is very critical on tea and she was very happy with Jack's tea.

They always have great food, the best chicken, chicken fingers, plate lunches, at reasonable prices, great breakfast, soft, flakely, tasty 😋 biscuits that are, in my opinion the best in town! 🤗 I bought, breakfast, lunch, brunch, supper, snack, and everything in between, my kids always loved the chicken fingers & fries,❣) so did we, lol. Weather it was take out, - Dine in- or Deliver, - it was always Delicious 😋!!!

Love the food & the fast service! Probably average 4 visits a week for my 14 year old son. Only issue is no matter which location I go to, I can always count on missing silverware or dipping sauce.

The food never fails. We ordered through drive thru. The line moved fairly fast and the food was fresh and hot. I ordered the 2 piece meal with the Mac n cheese and mashed potatoes.. Soooo good.

They was very busy in drive thru and inside they worked together to get the orders out very quickly. Did not have to wait long at all on food

Good chicken sandwich.... finally. I was always confused that they had such good chicken but a chicken sandwich made with some sad looking processed chicken patty. Much better now. Ask for ranch on the side.

The staff was friendly and seemed happy to be at work. The lobby was very clean and our food was super fresh!

A great burger spot.We got our accurate order in a timely manner, Delicious burgers,steak frys were perfectly seasoned.they apologized for being short staffed but the food and services were on point.Great job. Visiting from Tenn and this will be our burger spot when we come back to Fort Payne.
