Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Whenever we are on the road, we always look for Dairy Queen Grill and Chill Restaurants. The blizzard is great, just enough to enjoy. We also find the DQ is always clean and their staff is always super friendly. On a pretty day you can also enjoy the outdoors seating.

This was a very nice DQ in both atmosphere and cleanliness. It wasn't very crowded when we went so it was peaceful. The ice machine in the soda fountain didn't work but the woman up front filled our cups with ice so that was nice.

We were just passing through and stopped for lunch and a bathroom break. Bathrooms were clean! One of the toilet seats was cracked though.

They got deals for days and smiles along the way! I'd come back if I get up this way again!

We came in with a large church group on New Year's Eve, right after the store opened. The employees were so nice, got our food out quick, and made our experience there great!

Excellent Hamburgers and fries. Lady who waited on us extra helpful and nice! Loved eating outdoors such an awesome meal. Immaculate clean, safe restaurant.

I had came in a few weeks ago and bought chili Cheese fries and was very disappointed but I came back in and they very kindly fixed it they were incredibly kind about the situation

We had been to Dairy Queen in a while and have been twice in the past 2 weeks.. There Peanut Butter sundae maybe simple, but it's amazing. Think I could eat 1 a day!

Our server was Nicole, and let me tell y'all something, this lady rocked it tonight! She was able to think outside the box and make my ice cream exactly the way I wanted it! Back in the day, this was an item DQ used to make, but they do not anymore. Nicole was able to listen to my wishes and deliver! My ice cream was made perfectly and was heavenly! Thank you, Nicole!!

Telisa, in management, is AMAZING. She had the patience of a saint, when I couldn't make up my mind. Try the Heath Caramel Brownie Cupfection. It's literally the best fast food dessert I've EVER eaten!!!

Love their double cheeseburgers and onion rings

The ice cream (of course) is the best you can find, and this particular DQ also serves chocolate ice cream. There's also a great selection of food including chicken, burgers, hotdogs, and barbecue. The staff always makes you feel appreciated.

Probably my favorite fast food restaurant around here. Their burgers are fresher than all the other fast food restaurants and their fries aren't overly greasy like others are.

I’m giving 5 stars because you can tell they are very short staffed and they get the job done. I’m sure they are over worked and under paid but the gentleman that was working the window when my wife and I got ice cream was very very nice and pleasing. Let’s appreciate the staff workers that are under paid and still get the orders right despite having a line around the building.

Very slow service we waited and waited for our order...

The staff here is always super nice when we go during the day. They remember what we order, and it's almost always right. And if it's not, they make it right, really quick. Great place for kids, the kids meal gets them free dessert! Who wouldn't want free dessert?!?

Stopped in late just before they closed. Explained we were traveling with our autistic son who found it difficult to eat in a car. We knew they were trying to get wrapped up for the day and go home. We apologized and asked if we could eat inside and we would be as quick as possible. They said no problem and to take what ever time we needed. We never felt rushed, the staff were great, and the food was awesome. Thank you!!!

Best hamburger I've had in Fort Payne

Can't go pick up my granddaughter without stopping for ice cream cone and butterfinger blizzard for our trip back to Tennessee 💕

Been here twice. Awesome workers. Great food. Hot food. Fast service. Did I tell you that there food is really really good?

Had the best experience! The sweet little lady that took our order made sure we had everything we needed when she brought out our food! She served us with a smile!
