Amazing service, Taylor was awesome. She had a very radiant smile on her and just lit up the place. She was helpful and was doing more than one thing at a time making sure all customers were being taken care of.

This is my favorite 711 even when you live far from them we always go friendly employees more to family members love them all Hi guys from Carla and Margaret 💝💝💝💝😀

It waa nice to see black women as workers and they were really nice and friendly and the store was different from any 7 eleven ive been too the slushie machines work they have real good and different flavors and the pizza looks fresh and the store was clean and nice.

I live right across from a 7/11 on 135th & Lemoli in Hawthorne, I will DRIVE to this New Location on Crenshaw because it's CLEAN, Everyone who works there is Friendly & Helpful.

Ive, been trying this new location on my daily drive to work on and off, and I have been let down everytime. No coffee ready, offensive music playing loud, and even molded fresh fruit in refrigerated prepack containers. Nice looking store, but the attention to detail and professionalism is left to be found. I no longer stop at this location, I go another couple of miles down Crenshaw to a much better location.

The young lady working on Sunday, 5/8/22, 8 am, on Mother's Day was unpleasant & unprofessional. She started out with a pleasant good morning but once she noticed it was a black man, she shutdown and became rude and non-responsive. Sad to see a black woman treat another black person rudely, especially for no cause and in a minority diverse area. Fortunately, the store was clean.

This location gets a couple points for being clean but it's brand new and that's easy to maintain. Gangster rap playing really loudly (if you like that sort of thing). The prices are constantly changing and they can't seem to be bothered. The California consumer law states the correct price of any item is the lowest quoted, posted, or advertised. The sandwich that I purchased had 3 different prices: 1 on the shelf 4.29, 1 on the item 4.49, and it actually scanned 4.99. All the shelves still had old prices on them. The cashier had to call the manager and l ended up paying 4.49, but that is wrong. They have no idea what they're doing. Cashier kept reminding everyone how she was leaving while waiting on me. Totally unprofessional.

Only two stars because technically your not open 24 hour even though it says you are. Having both employees take their lunches at the same time during the swing shift doesn't make any since! One could run the store while the other is on lunch. Then take over so the other employee can take theirs. That way the store isn't closed. Instead of alternating their lunches their both taking it at the same time and closing the store. An elderly man in a manual wheel chair was banging on the door. But nobody helped him they were all on lunch. Also the loud rap music which has profanity language is very unappropiate for a child. Other than that its a nice newly built store. Very clean.
