The UPS Store

My husband and I came into the ups store@ 8120 Research Blvd today hoping to get help printing a document through an online app. We encountered two of the nicest and most knowledgeable employees in the personality of Chris and Kyle. They took their time and figured out how to print what we needed. We are so grateful and wanted to be sure and make management aware.

Have been coming here for the last 2.7 years and have seen and met different personnel. By far, the best worker that I've dealt with is Mary Witt. Always greeting everyone with a smile. She can turn my bad day good with her personality and is always ready to help. We have a company mailbox at that store and she is always ready to get us in and out as quickly as possible.

During my visit to 8120 Research Blvd suite 105, 12:27pm September 30, 2023 I encountered two awesome ladies Amanda and Annette. My day had been super challenging and very exhausting. From the time I entered the store I was treated with complete professional kindness. These two ladies work together on getting my needs resolved. I appreciate the patience, kindness and such caring concern they had to ensure I completed my transaction totally. The process was a challenge at my age. But these two were my heroes today. It's great to have such wonderful people giving excellent customer service tous. Not just me but each person who came in they had that helpful and kind spirit. Showing what true customer service is, especially in the days of rush, rush attitude most people are in today. Please acknowledge them both. Sincerely satisfied customer.

I've always had pleasant experiences at UPS, but Mary today at this store was exceptional! She showed me the new self-serve kiosk which will save both me time in the future, as well as create efficiencies for UPS servicing other customers. Thanks for the good experience!

Good ups store, friendly and helpful staff.

I was just there this morning, there was no line and the staff were great; very friendly and helpful. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, I've been going here for years and I've never had a problem.

I came here to return a package. Didn't know how to scan the code things but the lady working there helped me. It was really nice and friendly place.

Associates at the store today (8/12) were both super friendly and patient! I didn’t catch their names but wanted to shout out and leave a review about my positive experience.

They even gave the delivery driver a bottle of water!

Mary is the sweetest lady, I specifically come back to this UPS store because I enjoy the people who work here. They are patient and friendly!

This is my favorite UPS store. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. In the many years I’ve been coming here they have done everything from printing to shipping to faxing. I went in today, and Josh was very helpful. Plus, they never give me any problems when I take my little dog in with me I highly recommend this store.

Mary Witt has the absolute best positive attitude towards work they are so fast efficient and friendly im so grateful that they work here!

I had a a somewhat complicated shipping scenario and Mary was awesome in helping me figure it out. She genuinely brightened my day.

I went in today with multiple packages for return and needed support figuring out all the pieces, SAMANTHA was amazing and helped me out A TON. I frequent this UPS store for Amazon returns and business and she was by far the kindest and most proficient employee to have helped me at this store! Will continue using this location!

Oh my...my experience was exceptional. From entering the store to exiting the store. Mr. Matt and Ms. Samantha was very attentive, helpful and patient. Thank you for going beyond to help me get my package returned. Team Awesome

I came into this UPS store today around 4:40-ish and was greeted and helped by Ms. Mary. Her awesome attitude was contagious and definitely enhanced my experience! 10/10 will come back just to see her!

PS: She also reminds me of Linda from Bob’s Burgers but like a real life version of her

I see so many complaints about Ms Mary when in fact she is so amazing and skilled, I even send them donuts out of appreciation from time to time. Yes they are understaffed but that is not Ms Mary's fault, is the store owners fault for not looking harder to staff it and the government's fault for making people lazy and dependent to handouts during the pandemic. Anyhow, Props to Mary and the staff there, they even added a bilingual guy which is amazing.

The staff and management were incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me mail a bunch of important documents, and were cheery and friendly. It was a very low stress interaction and there was no real line or waiting. They seem to know their stuff, and remain pretty efficient for the volume of customers. All around a pleasant experience.

Mary and Mander(?) Were amazing! They made me laugh and laugh. They took care of business and made my day!

In and out in like 2 minutes. Quickly and nicely helped me w my Amazon package.

I went to the store needing answers and Angela was there with solutions. I didn't know the most efficient way to ship my gifts, and had quite a few of them. I was met with a "can do" attitude, patience, and compassion. Despite my needs, Angela was able to get me in and out satisfied, knowledgeable for next time, and accomplished. The staff was friendly and helpful overall! I appreciate this space, and will return for future services.
