Wayyyy better then the one in Phenix City!! So much more pleasant customer service to interact with. This store unlike the one in Phenix City is organized and well put together. A treat to find what you are looking for as well as shopping in a clean environment.

Customer service was great. Store still have not been able to bounce back from Covid-19. Merchandise is still at its low.

A very nice store which has a lot of great deals convenient to Downtown Columbus great parking right next door to another retail store and a hair store I love to shop here I can never just buy one item

Always a pleasant experience here I like baggy shorts and they do provide service with a smile I think they're pretty particular about their employees because every time I've been here they have been very nice and you what they were talking about
