Great Lakes Ace

I was rebuilding a firearm I’ll tell you what I probably was there 14 days in a row getting different stainless hardware and screws and I asked more questions and they knew I think I should get a job there ha ha if I could walk and probably would they’re kind and courteous and they do the best they can. I don’t know every screw and seed there is but they do a pretty damn good job my love Hardware my Ace Hardware anyway. Back again at One of my Favorite Places as This Ace Hardware Store has it all except Knife Sharpening. Their Vast Array of Hardware in 100's of Drawers is Like Wonka's Neverending Gobstopper of Nuts, Bolt's & Goodies🤣😂🤣

Love this store. It's nice to go in here get what you want and leave. I get over whelmed with the bigger stores.

Top notch customer service!! Everyone is consistently helpful and friendly and the store has what you need. Mike assisted me today with a washer for my outside spigot. He took the time to make sure we had the right fit. Eighty four cents later I have a working spigot!!! Thank you!

Friendly, helpful, and always have exactly what we need. I would rather go here than some big box store because not only are the people more knowledgeable, you definitely want to support local. They make it easy because they have everything and they're really nice. And their little gift selection is cute too- they have a lot of Michigan themed items.

I love this particular Ace store! The staff was more than pleasant when I asked for help they took me to exactly what I was needing. They have a lot of stuff in this store they have expanded it since the last time I was in there. Everybody should give it a try

Always love an Ace run. You pay a little more, but the size of the stores makes it much more convenient for quick runs. They also always have knowledgable staff ready to help with just about any question you throw at them. Their rewards program is pretty good. You get a $5 reward for every $250 you spend. Additionally they send 5 off 25 coupons frequently, and I just received a $10 coupon for my birthday. 10/10 would recommend.

Customer Service Employee Noah went above and beyond when I visited today (1/20/20). He saw that I was looking around for things and asked if I needed help 3 times (I WAS in there a long time!) - he quickly and knowledgeably answered questions I had, and was very pokite. I made a point to find the manager before I left so I could give him a formal commendation, which she really appreciated! Very good experience here today, mostly thanks to Noah!

Ace employees are always very helpful. I brought a window screen there to have the screen replaced and was shown different types of screen I was recommended one and I am so glad I got it is much better than the original screen

I was hoping they had wood pellets for the Traeger. Not only did they have it, they had tons of variety of them, along with charcoals, rubs, sauces utensils and more. Very impressed with the selection!
