I have to give Steve and his crew props for being so sincere and professional. I had a major tire leak so my tire needed to be replaced expeditiously. Steve went out of his way to call my tire insurer during the end of the day. He went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company would pay for the tire so I wouldn't have to. It was a HUGE blessing! Fortunately, my tire arrived within two days. I am grateful for the service and Steve's crew made sure all of my tires were checked. I'm grateful for my tire insurer yet I'm grateful for this Discount Tire location as well! I wish them much success!

Andrew was friendly and approachable. He was able to get my harder to find tires in stock quickly. Installation took under an hour during a fairly busy day. I will definitely be back for my rotations and when it comes time to order more tires.

Wow! Amazing customer service by Andrew. Went to the shop to repair flat unfortunately the brand new tire that I purchased back in the fall had to be replaced, unrepairable. Fortunately for me I bought their warranty and the tire was replaced for free. Buy their warranty people, it’s a no brainer especially how much that goes on with our roads, etc. Here’s where the manager of the store, Andrew shined, the tire had to come in from another store, somehow the delivery failed earlier that day. When I went to the store for the second time because they had to bring the tire in I was a bit frustrated to find the tire was not there needless to say but to add to it I had an emergency going on at home with my son. They said can you come back later this evening or they would be willing to do in the early morning the next day so I could conduct my business travel with ease. I left fairly upset due to my son with no decision made other than call me when the tire is in. I get home and handle my emergency, no sooner I get a call from Andrew from the store asking if it would be ok for him to come to my house and replace my tire! He had personally went out to the other store to get the tire and hand delivered and installed the new tire! Blown away on how he handled the situation. Thank you for the customer service and most importantly in making it right and safe for me to travel for business today. I am so grateful for your help.

Ex Belle tire customer here. I finally came to my senses after 3 terrible services in a row at Belle tire in Hartland. These guys were friendly, too the point and pit crew fast. You guys just gained a family customer

They are very nice approachable and have a nice conversation and give you details and explain to you what’s going on with your tires instead of just trying to rush you out of there like a lot of places do now it’s hard to find quality service, but they know how to do it, right!

Have taken 4 cars here (multiple times each) over the past 10 years. Truly my go-to place because of excellent service and competitive pricing.

Yesterday I brought in a nearly brand new car because I was losing pressure in one tire. They identified a valve stem problem free of charge. Little things like this build loyalty when the larger purchases come. Will for sure buy my next set of tires from here too.

I rarely take time to write business reviews, but I was SO moved by my experience at the New Hudson Discount Tire location that I had to share! I unexpectedly ran over a nail on the road last week with my three babies in the car. By the time I got the car to the tire shop and we discussed the replacements required, it was chaos. My infant was hungry & screaming, my toddlers were becoming impatient, and on top of that, my debit card was malfunctioning. The service representative and technicians alike could see how overwhelmed I was while trying to sort everything out and agreed to get my car in immediately and worry about payment at the end. Several of them came over to entertain and calm my kids to help while I was on the phone with PNC. When I finally got my debit card issue resolved, I went to the desk only to be told that a VERY generous and anonymous customer (who was already gone) had paid $600 for me to replace my front two tires. I will never know his name but I will always remember our brief exchange before he left. The manager (Charles) then informed me that he would be covering the other two tires, so I could get all 4 new tires for free ($1,200 value). I will not forget the kind look in his eyes when we had this conversation, and the act brought me to tears. It was obvious how happy the team was to work together in order to do this for my family and I, and by the time we left, almost all of the team members had stopped by our seat in the waiting room to greet my kids and I and tell us how glad they were to be a part of paying it forward. To Charles, Nichole, Steven & the rest of the New Hudson Discount Tire Team- we will be lifelong customers! Thank you again!

Got me in and out without an appointment in under an hour! Everyone was very helpful and kind, definitely made the experience great!

Updated March 2024: My wife's car had a flat and at 4pm they got me right in, found a nail, repaired and got me right back on the road in short order. While I was in they also checked the DOT numbers for recalls as well as tread depths etc to make sure we were safe.
Older review: They ordered tires for my older vehicle and got them in quickly. I stopped by 1st thing in the morning and got right in. They cleaned the wheel/tire contact points and had me on the road in no time. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Have never had a bad experience with this place. They are my go to place for anything tire related.

I stopped in to get a quote for new tires on my Chevy Equinox. The staff immediately came out and assessed the condition of my current tires and recommended replacements. When the first quote was more than I wanted to spend, several other tires were recommended. No high-pressure to make a quick decision. When I decided on a lower-priced tire, I was given the option to have the tires put on immediately. I walked across the street to a hardware store while I was waiting. I was provided text alerts on the status of my car. The job was finished right on time and in less than one hour (and this was without an appointment). Overall very happy with my experience.

Kevin and Charlie were great. They know about the tires they offer there, can state specs, warranty info, real customer feedback and other online use cases, or quickly research it if they don't. They helped me decide on a set of 4 tires for my boat trailer. Charlie even further discounted a far superior tire brand and model over the one I was going to buy, that was no longer available from the day before. While most other tire stores I called said they either didn't balance trailer tires or it was optional, Charlie's response was "why wouldn't we?". I even had a couple of stores tell me they either couldn't do my trailer because they didn't have room for it in their parking lot, or I would have to dismount the wheels and tires off of my trailer myself at home and bring them in and they could do the work. Walmart surprised me the most with this answer. Why bother selling trailer tires if you can't mount them (@Walmart)?!?!
I dropped the trailer off in Discount's parking lot around 10:00 am Sat and they had it done by 11:00! And the weather was rainy (trailer stayed outdoors while there) pretty much from the point I dropped it off until they finished it.
Lastly, they offer a 10% Veterans discount year-round, not just a couple of times a year like some businesses. This means a lot to active and vets as every little bit helps. Thanks for a great experience guys!

Great shop for all your tire repairs or replacements. Customer focus staff and excellent service.

The service here is great and all the employees are friendly. Steve even took time out of his day to come out and program a left front tpms sensor, that I had installed down the street at Feldman Chevy they charged me 75 for the installation and they told me they could not even program it for me because I have a aftermarket rim, they even told me to go down to discount tire and have them do it. I could have just gone to discount tire buy the sensor there and have them install it completely for free. Because the mechanics at Feldman didn't even try to programmed the tpms it probably would have worked but they were probably lazy and wanted get my car out of there quick as possibly.So Steve programed it all for free without charge and it didn't even matter that it was a aftermarket rim. The light on the dash was getting very annoying and he made my day!! Thanks Steve I will definitely recommend friends and family to come to this location

Had a nail in my tire that needed to get taken out and plugged. A friend of mine works here and is a great mechanic, and I trust him with working on my new car.
I brought my car in and exclusively asked if my friend could work on my car, and if I could watch the work being done in the garage, to which they allowed and encouraged.

Walked out in half an hour after small talking with some of the staff and it was overall a great experience. They do extra checks like checking tire pressures and condition before you leave as well.

Always friendly service at this location. Always free inspections for current customers. And free tire pressure checks.

These guys are the best! Fair,honest and straight forward. Only place I will buy tires and wipers.

I want to say Thank you to Hunter for explaining the different tires to me. This was my first time buying tires for my SUV and I didn’t feel rushed to pick a set! Also Thank you to Charles for explaining the lug situation to me. I left with a clearer understanding of what the issue was.

Will and his team did an excellent job of getting the job done on time and a high level of quality. I’m a professional process improvement expert and I was very impressed with the work standard the technicians followed for safety and quality. 5 stars. Btw this is the first time I’ve ever given a review.
