Debbie! Who normally doesn’t do the florist counter was Amazing!! I came in today 8-5-23 around 1:30ish and she was the very best ! So kind , helpful and just all around a great person. I got lucky they had the sweet 16 balloons I have been looking for! She came over and instantly was so helpful. Made sure I was able to get all of them in my car . Even asked if I had my keys out and was ready to go! I appreciate your kindness so much! I highly recommend this Kroger . And if you see Debbie in produce know , you are around a great person who cares . Thank you again!!

I love this Kroger. It’s where I do the majority of my shopping. It’s never too crowded, great parking lot, nice employees, clean store. The self-checkout bays have that shelf above the bag carousel which may seem like a minor thing but I find it extremely useful. You don’t see those at every Kroger. Sometimes you can’t find what you need there but I make it work because it’s such a quality experience for me.
And the Starbucks there is great. The baristas are awesome. My drink is always perfect.

Great place for fresh produce and groceries.

My first time to this Kroger. I LOVED it. Clean. Full shelves. Great produce. And many cashiers working! So nice to see. I'm used to seeing a dozen registers with two cashiers at other stores. I'll definately be going back. Friendly service, too.

Probably one of THE nicest kroger stores I have been to. It is newer, but they have a great variety of products to choose from. The store is set up very nicely and kept extremely neat and organized, so finding things is a breeze. If you're having trouble finding something, there is staff all over the store who are all super duper friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this particular kroger. PLUS they have a Starbucks right when you walk in 😁

This Kroger is clean, organized, well stocked, with friendly staff. U-scans move quickly.

Thus kroger is amazing with a great lay out, staff are always friendly and helpful! They have a wonderful meat and seafood counter and their produce is almost always fresh and stocked. They seem under staffed as they are always rushing to restock shelves

UPDATE ABOUT A YEAR LATER

I'm changing from 4 stars to 5, and I'll tell you why. This Kroger always has amazing produce, they're great about rotating stock (marking down) their meat/seafood is always fresh, isles are stocked all the time, dairy is always organized. You can find everything so simply. They have a huge liquor/beer selection with a make your own 6 pack section, and tons of local and Michigan beers. I go to this Kroger once a week minimum! Thank you guys for doing a great job.

The employees who work there are the reason I enjoy shopping here! Jill and Gale are wonderful people that will always make me smile. With that said, the meat department's selection is weak. I would love to have the salad bar Hiller's had and as well as the deli counter Hiller's had. Really, I would just like to have Hiller's back! The five stars are for the employees, not because of the Kroger's.

The Ten Mile Kroger's is a great place to shop. The young man bagging for the cashier even assisted me with getting items I planned to purchase out of my cart. How thoughtful and caring an employee.

So much cleaner than 8 mile and Pontiac trail. That store gets worse and worse . They need to repair there parking lots . I hit a pot hole with my cart and everything flew, including me .

I go at least 1/2 times a week.
The mgr. (Tom) is easygoing & will always make sure you "get the deal" for sale items. I recommend this Kroger to those that like the "Neighborhood Grocery Store"

I am transgender and was treated just like everyone else completely satisified with the entire staffs professionalism pam in the deli gendered me correctly and the manager was a delight as well, keep it rockin kroger team you have my respect tysm

Clean friendly and they bag your items properly. We love that they have a clean water fill machines and expecting mothers parking. We love this kroger!!!!!

It seems like we know all the people here, you get to know your neighbors in South Lyon here, everyone shops here! Great retention of employees, see the same friendly helpful people all the time, lanes move fast, and they have a good selection of pretty much everything.

My hometown Starbucks ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ has the greatest and friendliest workers on staff. It’s nice to have a local Starbucks in south Lyon!

One of the better Kroger's I've been too.... the staff is super friendly and always available to help.

Quick to get in and out and the free samples are plentiful. The Starbucks in store has friendly staff too.
