CVS

My local CVS has fantastic customer service. Going there is always a pleasant experience. Today they helped me understand my insurance health benefits card. My health insurance company was very unclear as to how to use. CVS store clerk knew exactly how to use them, which card was for doctor visits and which card could be used for medical products. THANK YOU!!

I have been out a medication for a week, basically due to new insurance and approval issues. I finally got it approved and the CVS I originally ordered it from was out of stock and wouldn’t have any til Monday, if then.
I called 2 other CVS’s, same results.
I called the Allouez location and talked to Nick. He not only told me they had both the meds I needed, he called the other CVS and transferred the prescription for me!
What an asset to your location!

Clean store and friendly staff. Variety of items offered, as well as a timely pharmacy. The photo center is also quite good. Usually have the items needed, and the prices are pretty competitive overall. Convenient location, decent hours.

Just went their for a couple of thing I was in and out no waiting. Alway friendly.

Regional drugstore. Nothing to go out if your way for.

You have to posess a cvs card to get their sale prices. I say if you want my money just give me the discount.
The company tracks your purchases and the price you buy at. tracking all their customers gives them an idea at how little they need to discount and to still get you to buy.
I also dont appreciate having a clerk get me razor blades from behind a locked case so I buy elsewere.
p.s. I no longer shop there. there is too many other places that want to earn my money.

I will never go to this cvs again. The manager and cashiers are very rude and do not know their own coupon policy. They make up their own policy just so they can refuse your coupons. I had to call corporate on them to make a complaint.

The pharmacy has horrible hours, I waited in line, the pharmacist obviously saw me behind the car at the window (who cut me off to get there) and still would not get me my medication despite it only being 3min past closed. He stated the register shuts itself down on the dot but as a former employee I know for a fact that is not true. This lazy garbage human being belongs at a McDonalds window, not somewhere where people’s lives depend on their medicine. He also claimed to be the manager.

I went to drive thru pharmacy at Webster St to pick up 3 prescriptions that they texted me on 8/2/2023 that where ready. I got there at 2:10 p.m. and waited until 2:25 p.m. to get to window. There was only one car ahead of me. The gentleman that was doing drive thru I told him 3 times my name and spelling and date of birth he still could not get it and he told me I had nothing. I asked him to get someone to help him. That is when Nick came to window with a attitude. He was very short and rude he said you only have two prescriptions I said there should be three. He said no only two. I said I called two in this morning and one was already ready. I explained the two I called in. He said I need to call doctor for refill I said I did not know that. Nick said very rude it is on the bottle. He then said what I owed and I said use card on file he got very mad and said he would not give me my prescriptions until I said sorry. I said for what I will wait here for my prescriptions Nick said he will have my car towed I laughed he then said I will give you one more chance to apologize before I call cops. I said I am sorry Nick you are so rude. Nick then picked up phone to call police. I said Nick May I please have my prescriptions and I am sorry. Nick has always been very rude to customers but today took the cake. I will never go back to CVS on Webster pharmacy again. I am going to Costco. I would have given them zero stars but you have to give one
