Allouez Beer Depot & Liquor

As a Canadian, places like this are almost surreal. It's a depot of alcohol, a stockpile--a resource. There was an impossible wall of beer to choose from--stacks with dust on them. A true enthusiast's paradise. The owner was amiable and helpful. I departed with Dragon Beer.

I love my local shops and this one is a throwback. The owner is humorous, works hard and is always friendly. I plan for an extra 10-15 minutes to chat...about everything under the sun.
Beer selection is very diverse for the size. I like the fact that almost everything has a cold option. They have quite a few seasonals for such a small shop.

If you enjoy going on a treasure hunt to find your beer, then this is your place. Unconventional organization, but the guy who I am assuming is the owner was a real cool dude. I'd deal with the lack of organized shelves to patron a business where the customer service is kind and friendly

This is my "go to" liquor store. I have been stopping in regularly for 35 years. When I stop, I typically end up talking to the owners for 30 minutes. When Ed is there, he will carry your purchase to your car. They really take care of their regular customers and will hold hard-to-get items for them. If you are not a regular customer and want to purchase a hard-to-get item, he will probably short with you and not sell it to you. They have a large inventory in a small store. You can spend a lot of time looking for something. If you are in a rush, just ask Ed. He knows where everything is and can lead you right to it.

Small place, packed wall to wall with everything you could want! They even had all the obscure things I was looking for! Man behind the counter was very knowledgeable of his store! He was able to direct me to everything down to the shelf it'd be on!

Knows all stock, takes care of you personally.

Awesome little liquor store the guy behind the counter was very nice and comical. Only bad thing is that he wouldn't sell me the bottle of blantons lol

Amazing selection of alcohol and they even will order for you of you want something specific bit they do not usually carry or do not have in stock

Youll spend some time finding what you want but youll aldo find a bunch of stuff you never knew existed... And the owner is the greatest accidental comedian ever to grace the face of the Earth ^_^
