Best taco place in Green Bay hands down!! I had the carne asada and my lady had enchiladas con queso en salsa roja. I will be coming back every Tuesday for tacos. If you want authentic tacos come here.

Came in on Saturday, had the enchiladas and my wife had a torta. Food was excellent and came out quickly. I loved that the enchiladas were made on the flat top and then finished with sauce rather than smothered and baked. Made the corn tortillas nice and crispy. The pork was very flavorful as well. Only thing was we didn’t know to go up to the counter to pay so we ended up waiting for a while for the check until we saw someone else go up to pay. Otherwise no complaints at all. We will definitely be back.

Great spot for authentic Mexican food. We ordered takeout of their chicken enchiladas and carne asada ‘Mexican style’ tacos, and both were great. We also had their guacamole, which they make from scratch once you order it, and it was delicious. We’ll be back!

Super clean. Quaint. Good experience. Staff is extremely friendly. Food was great. Salsa was full of flavor and just the right amount of heat (for me) but they will make it mild. Price is decent.

We decided to try out a new place and picked them based on their rating here. We were extremely impressed! Customer service was impeccable, fast, warm, courteous and friendly.
Menu is short and easy to understand. Everything was well defined also.
I ordered the chicken quesadilla American style. It was so good and huge! The chicken was really tender, juicy and packed with flavor. Best ive had at least in this area.
My husband ordered the beef tacos. He said he was surprised to see they had used shredded Muenster which was a great idea because it tasted awesome. He also recommended getting avacodo if you like it.
Overall we both highly recommend Montes Taqueria!!

One of Green Bay's best Mexican spots. Small menu with great focus on each dish. Quality micheladas and margaritas with a wide selection of Mexican beers. Service is attentive and welcoming, and very short wait times for food. All in all highly recommend Montes

I love this place! The tacos and tortas are delicious. This place is clean and staff is very friendly. Also, amazing prices compare to other Mexican restaurants in the GB area. I highly recommend this place to anybody who loves Mexican food.

The restaurant is understated from the outside and the menu is not large but the food was delicious. I recommend this restaurant for authentic Mexican food.

Everything was delicious. Had the carne al pastor tacos Mexican style. Probably the best I’ve have since I lived in Texas.

Favorite taco shop so far! I’m from California and these tacos are the closest to the taste from home! I’d love to see this taco shop thrive because the food is actually delicious, authentic, and the Salsa is amazing (Spicy as it should be) .Also, the only taco shop that hasn’t gave me the runs the next day. I love to order the asada burrito and add shrimp, tastes like the surf N Turf burritos from California! So bomb! I’d only wish this tacos shop would add more cali like dishes such as ( carne asada fries, rolled tacos with guac, fries inside the burritos ) anyway aside from food being great, I feel like this taco shop needs some updating inside (tacos and beer is perfect) but the decor is not a vibe

OMG!!! I’m a truck driver and eat all over the country. Recently moved to Wisconsin temporarily & have had the worst experience with EVERY food place up here lacking flavor or even being good at all. But this : DEF MY NEW FAVE!!! Finally some good food up here!! Texas / Cali quality. Love it. Gonna be ordering here a lot.

1st time there, this establishment just opened recently and is working on getting beer and alcohol to serve. Supposed to be sometime in April..met the one of the owners and was very pleasant and accommodating. I hope they do well...food was fantastic

This is always our go to place for great Mexican food and it helps its close by, we can call in our order and pick up when ready. Great food, always fresh and never disappoints especially packaging on to go orders. Food is always hot. Makes me feel like I'm eating Abuelita's food.

The guy there is always so very nice and makes sure I am well taken care of! Definitely my go to Mexican food!

Literally the best Mexican food we have had outside of Mexico!

Best Mexican spot in the area. The staff seem to care alot about the customers and the quality food. The steak taste like it's fresh off the grill. I really just stick with this place because it's reasonably priced, the food quality is Consistent and the people are welcoming. Why go anywhere else.
