Deanna was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. She kept the conversation going and let us know about the new iPhone as well as all of the add ons and promotions both times she went in. Definitely would want to keep coming in specifically for her.

Both my husband and I have had wonderful experiences with Deanna and she was so sweet and attentive to help us keep our 2 year old son occupied while setting up my new phone!

Went in to switch from t-mobile to verizon. Deanna’s service was great and she had us in & out in UNDER thirty minutes!

I went in to trade my old phone for a new one and Deanna made the experience seamless for me. She’s new to the store but it definitely didn’t feel like it. She was friendly and professional and made the time it takes to process a new phone go quickly.

Jennifer was amazing!!! These days it's very rare to get friendly customer service, but her help was above 10. Most of all I felt like it was authentic and genuine which makes me want to only visit the store she is at.

Had to buy a new phone unexpectedly after my old one shattered and went to this location randomly on another errand. Glad I did because Daniel was very helpful and made selecting a new phone and upgrading my plan very easy. Will be back to this location for and future phone needs.

Friendly staff! They make sure all your needs are taken care of. Haleigh (sp?) was nice and patient despite some issues we encountered trying to port our service from prepaid to unlimited post paid plan (not her fault, it was a weird issue with our account). Overall great experience, and I would go back to this location again. :)
