Shainia at this location is awesome! She helped us with our initial question and then went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our plan and experience there and we walked out with the newest iPhones! Had an issue went back the next day and she was able to assist us quickly and then explain so we knew for the following time!

I needed to change my plan since AT&T is charging me more money for my cell. I walked in 5 minutes before closing as I didn’t know what time the store closed. Becky, the manager, was super nice and walked me through the plans even though it was close to closing time. When I’m due for a new phone, I will come back to this particular store for the new iPhone. Becky is the type of employee that is tough to find in 2022. Thank you Becky.

Rich was amazing. He stayed later than the store hours to make sure my wife and I were taken care of. Very professional and knowledgeable guy. Highly recommend this store.

First off, I never leave reviews. However, my experience was worth the few minutes to acknowledge AT&T. Becky was pleasant and helped me pick the plan that worked best for me and my family. There was an irate customer in line and Becky excused herself to calm the customer down. Meanwhile, Alyssa stepped in and completed the transaction for me. That’s teamwork!

The Brookhaven store is very clean. The employees are very knowledgeable and very nice! My son bought me a phone and the employee, Alyssa was very helpful. She helped us transfer our contacts into our new phone and we were able to save my photos! If you are looking for a good deal and kind people, go to AT&T in Brookhaven.

After spending several hours trying unsuccessfully to move data from two old to two new phones, I finally admitted defeat and headed to the AT&T store in Brookhaven. Becky and Teddy, who were on duty when I visited the store, could not have been more helpful, professional, friendly, and informative. They transferred the data without a hitch and simultaneously took care of a couple of other customers so that they would not be kept waiting. I wish every store of every kind could be as customer-oriented as this one is. Becky and Teddy deserve raises!

Awesome store, the manager Rachel is the best, she really knows her stuff. She is very fair and tries her hardest to do whats best for you as the customer. They have everything phones, tablets, accessories and TV Service. She hooked be up with Direct TV Now at a super cheap price. Go see Rachel and her staff.

Just walked out of the store couldn't be happier. Dejayoung helped me upgrade my phone and the process was smooth and fast. all workers were extremely friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. will definitely go back!

I've been in a few times this summer with my teenagers and their phone issues! Service is always great and this last time Stephen took the time to help my son with his phone and put us in right direction to get it fixed. It's definitely my go-to AT&T store.

It was a pleasure going to the AT&T @ Brookhaven. I recieved the exact service I needed due to the courteous help of one of the stores employees STEVE GIBSON. Steve helped me attain the new phone I was looking for along with making sure all of my old data was transferred from my old phone to the new. He really seemed to understand all of the phones features because he showed me things I had no idea were possible. Quickness and efficiency would be an understatement. I'll definitely be back next time I need a new phone.

I shopped at AT&T store on Edgemont Ave and was waited on by a Representative named Diamond. Diamond was very nice and friendly. My phone information was transferred seamlessly and pretty fast. I will shop at that location for my phone accessories in the future.

I stopped in this location to pay my bill I asked the rep Eric if he could tell me why my bill was high. He took the time to explain the bill to me and showed me how I could get more for my money and unlimited data. He signed me up for DIRECTV I'm super happy with it. He also showed me Digital Life I'll be back for that soon. Thank you for taking the time to help. This location is the best.

I had an amazing experience today at this store. I was greeted as soon as i walked in and wasn't badgered at all by the representatives as I patiently looked for the phone I was planning on buying. I couldnt make up my mind so a young man who's name was eric, if i'm not mistaken, helped me decide on the iphone 7. He coherently explained all the pros and cons of the phones I couldn't decide between while also keeping a smile on his face the whole time. The store was very clean as well might i add. I'd advise anyone in the area that's looking for cell phone service to come here.

Went to the Brookhaven, PA store today and the Representative -Matt was great. We lost a phone and recently found it. He helped me within minutes get the old phone up and running.

I was looking for a store to buy a phone charger and after looking online I decided to stop here. Michael helped me find a cell helmet charger and a pop socket car mount too. Great experience 10/10!

Very much recommend AT&T their professional and handled me and my husband’s switch over from Verizon to their wireless service. I recommend the store in Brookhaven pa and teddy and Becky are great to work with.
