Nico is phenomenal! I had an issue with my car not starting today after work, due to the battery. I went about 2-3 hours getting help from various people who tried jumpstarting the car. I used different cables, different machines, different vehicles and nothing worked. Eventually I managed to get a jump going in the engine and I headed over to this autozone immediately. I went and got a battery diagnostic and it came back good. So what Nico did was he disassembled the battery and cleaned all the parts, all the screws and bolts. He lubed everything up, removed rust, retightened everything back in place, etc. He saved me from blindly buying a new alternator or battery, which I didn’t have money for. Nico treated the car with such care and compassion, and I can tell he knows his way around cars very well, due to the delicate care he gave my car. I’m grateful that he was able to resolve my 2 hour long problem in less than 10 minutes. My car immediately started back up and I was able to get back home. Mind you, I was 30 miles away from home, not from this town. I can say the customer service I received from Nico- left a great impression on me; not just on this store but the whole town as a whole. my windshield wiper blades broke in the middle of a really bad flood. I was stressed because I don’t know much about cars let alone how to replace those. I was helped by Burhan who was super nice and helped me find the right size for my car. he even replaced them for me in the pouring rain which was very helpful as I had no idea how to! nice staff and environment

Always greeted upon entrance and given knowledgeable service. They don't hesitate to let u know about a sale and will help with whatever auto issue u have. Above and beyond customer service here! 👍🏾

This place offers great customer service. Staff is very helpful. They will offer you good suggestions when you go to shop for car parts. Their inventory is good so very rarely you might not find something that is available online.

The Autozone team was very respectful and helpful. Every Autozone location is always helpful and has better prices than advanced auto. Went to Advanced a couple of weeks ago for a light bulb. They told me they have two, one for 50 and the other for 99. Went to autozone today, and I found the same light bulb for 17.

I brought my truck to Auto Zone for a dead battery and Husam A was very helpful. He helped me get a new battery and helped jumped my car so that I could get it to my mechanic and install the new one. He was very thorough with explaining everything. Highly recommend this Auto Zone for any of your car needs.

I had a quick and pleasant experience getting a new battery installed here. Salesman Kendall, who was friendly and courteous throughout, took care of everything from checking the size of my old battery, to making sure the battery I was buying was of a recent date of manufacture, to installing the new battery himself. It was all an extremely efficient process—it took no more than ten minutes. I'm very glad to have been saved a trip to the mechanic. Many thanks!

Fantastic customer service from Juan last week (March 17). He helped me pick out new wiper blades for two of my vehicles, and, without me asking him to, he even helped install the one pair on the vehicle that I'd driven there.

I went in to buy screws for my license plate and i needed help to find them Derek H was there to help me he asked if i needed help. Than proceeded to check me out. I than asked if he was able to please help me take the bolt off and even though he didn’t have to he went out his way to help me do it and put my new plates on he was so helpful and great. amazing staff member. The only one willing to help and go the extra mile. He was so kind and helpful the whole time will be going back there again. Thanks derek h. :)

They were more than willing to help me in every aspect of my purchase even when it came to a missing tool I need it they allowed me to use one of theirs to size and make sure I bought the right item, the managers even such a decent guy he put in $2 for me when he didn't have to because I was stranded out of state

Friendly - Professional - Helpful Service

I work in South Brunswick/Cranbury area and this location made the most sense logistically to purchase a new car battery. They ran the diagnostic test provided me with options on which battery to select and even installed it for me all under an hours time. Great location and even better STAFF.
