They were pretty busy when I went in, but they were taking care of and acknowledging everyone that came through the door as timely as possible. Even helping multiple customers at once through different steps so it would be quicker when they actually were able to sit down with that person and help them through whatever they needed!! Big shout out to Brandon for making my day as easy as possible!

I was first helped by a Regional manager who was very quick to answer my concerns and questions but the. He quickly handed me off to Cass, the store manager whom he had a lot of confidence but both men were extremely knowledgeable and kind in their customer service. They were also very good about letting me know all of the special offers and accessories that were available but not at all pushy I. Their presentation. It was one of the best experiences I have had at the store.

My son and I were greeted in a friendly manner as soon as we walked in the door! We had a wait time of about 2 minutes, which was great! A young man name Jake took care of all of our needs for a new phone and switching us from the other carrier we were with! He transferred all our information to our phones and ask if we had any other questions or did we need anything. He said, "Feel free to come back in or call if needed anything or had any questions we didn't think about! He was very informative and helpful! Thank you Jake. P.S. If I had an employee, I would hope they would represent my business as awesome as he does!

My husband went into the Grayling Verizon Store. While he was talking to a nice young lady I asked Cass to help me with my new phone. He showed me what I needed to know and then we talked about phone cases and that I wasn’t really happy with the one I purchased and wanted one that was safer and wouldn’t slip out of my hand easily. I told him I had a Life Proof once and liked it. Cass didn’t have one but sowed me an Otter case that had the round handle on the back that pushes down which I loved. I bought it and hope I can return the case I bought last week. He was friendly, courteous, extremely helpful, and never pressed me once to buy the new case. He was a great asset to my decision and I am very pleased with my purchase and the help Cass gave me with my phone and new case. A great employee!

Jake was a great sales representative. He helped both my son and I to get new phones and reviewed our plan and found us savings. Jake was very knowledgeable and helpful. He's a very nice friendly person. Definitely will use him and Russell Cellular again!

Today we stopped into the Verizon store to ask a few questions about my new phone. The employees had a lot of knowledge about the features and service. I appreciated there time and assistance, even without power. The power went out in the entire town while we were there. I would recommend this location 100%

Jake and Cass both did great with us. Jake set us up with the purchase and order of the phones. Relaxed atmosphere. Cass helped souxhbin the set up of our phones. Felt like we were there for a long time while he got bounced around customer service in order to help transfer my very difficult straighttalk service. Made it very easy for us.

My phone died at midnight before a trip out of town and I was wiring for a call about a new position. I stopped on the way up north to see if my phone could be fixed. They tried a soft reset, different charger, but nothing. I asked about a new phone and instead of trying to push the latest and greatest, she took the time to find a phone to fit MY needs and it was very reasonable. They set everything up for me and I was on my way!

Jake was such a huge help! He made sure we were taken care of 100%. He even stayed later just to make sure we were taken care of. Me and my husband had a hard time with past phone companies and even switching to Verizon was alittle rough (went through Walmart so that was our mistake). He made sure to take his time to know and assure us everything was taken care of and nothing surprising would happen! With all the troubles we have had, Jake made getting the new iPhone 12 a quick and easy process.

Cassidy, store manager, greeted me upon arrival, he listened to my problems and fixed my phone issues. He displayed excellently customer support as well as kindness. I will highly recommend this location!

The Grayling Verizon store is superior to the Gaylord branch. Customer service, even though they only had one person on staff was phenomenal. Jake is very personal and excepting of your electronically challenged dilemma. The Gaylord Verizon store may have a few good employees… But Jake could run circles around them all day long without batting an eye. Keep him on the floor but just pay him more money.

Edward did a great job upgrading my phone and services. He was very patient with me and answered every question I had and thoroughly explained exactly what I would expect with an upgrade.

Coming back home from downstate we needed a screen saver and an otter back case. We had some
Poor experience with Traverse City Airport Rd. Location where they took our name , no smiles, no welcome but just your wait will be over an hour.
On the way back home we went to Grayling
Verizon retailer. First call was friendly, physically confirmed they had product in stock. Walked into store info r med us as why some products are different. Answered our questions and installed screen protector. Added to the sale with no pressure
an otter case. We chatted about òther things and left completely satisfied. They may be a smaller store but they had the customer service, instructions and care.
I will be going back to the little store in Grayling who is a part of a district ownership not corporate.

Phone broke last night and It was no longer usable. Went in to the store and cass helped me through everything with ease and ended up walking away with a new phone! Great store, very knowledgeable people and also very friendly. 10/10 service

Needless to say, my experience was much better than I've been receiving at the Walmart. Walked in intending to ask questions and possibly purchase a phone; instead I walked out with an extra payment and a Samsung watch that is BAD. TO. THE. BONE. SON!!!!!

Jake was very knowledgeable and committed in helping us get back into a working phone! I highly recommended him for any of your cell phone needs!
