AT&T Store

I had a fantastic experience tonight at the AT&T store. Muhammad went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable with our new purchases and transition to our new devices. He was extremely friendly and explained everything perfectly. Thank you Muhammad for making our experience 5 star!

We have been using this particular Wynnewood store for 4 years. This time we have the fortunate opportunity to work with Edgar and his team, all of them were phenomenal. We added several lines, adjusted our family plan, and got great new devices. He is the face of AT&T that will keep our family with the company for years to come.

Ariel and jade two of the nicest sweetest AT&t employees you'll ever meet. Hopefully I can make it back before they sell my speaker lol. They make upgrading ur cell phone similar to a night out with the friends . Thanks ladies

I was having a ton of difficulty upgrading my phone this weekend, and the whole process felt like a nightmare until I visited this store and Edvard helped me. He remained calm throughout the whole process even when I was clearly freaking out about it all, and he was such an incredible help in getting my new phone. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about it.

The manager, Edvard, took charge and helped my siblings and I with a phone port. He was very attentive and knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. He even stayed a little after to help us with another matter we hadn't planned on taking care of that day.
Edvard is an asset to the company. If they could staff all their stores with managers like him, AT&T would be on top.
I have no doubt.

I went to AT&T today to get my replacement screen and camera savers, (I’ve purchased a lifetime replacement when I originally got the phone). Matt was there to help me out. He Was also able to help me figure out some other little quirky things that were happening with my phone. Each time I’ve come to this location I get very good customer service! Thank you.

(11 months ago - 2/23) Edvard in the Wynnewood PA AT&T store is the BEST! He was able to completely take care of our needs. And he did also with a great disposition and a smile AND while helping several customers at the same time as he was the only representative in the store! Edgar did an amazing job at setting up my new device and transferring all of my information. My original was cracked and there was trouble using the touch screen, but he got it done.

Mohammed from the Wynnewood, Pennsylvania store was sensational. I was with my mother who is a senior citizen and very confused. He was able to walk her through everything and make her feel comfortable with the new technology. We need to have more employees who are patient and are able to explain things so people leave feeling satisfied. Mohammed is 100 out of 10.

This was the BEST experience I ever had upgrading my cell phone. They were extremely helpful with the whole process. I will 100% be returning to this location with all my cell phone needs. They made the whole process simple, easy and transparent. Highly, highly, recommend this location.

After getting bumped around between multiple att and Apple stores, Edvard took the time to help solve the problem for me which included many long phone calls and wait times on his part. Truly went above and beyond my expectations and made the annoying day much better. Definitely recommend seeing him at the Wynnewood location!!

Fantastic experience. The new rep Matt there was very personable very helpful and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone props to Matt.

Yesterday I visited the Wynnewood AT&T store. Arielle provided exceptional customer service! From the time she greeted us until the time we left (which was over an hour), she was very professional, friendly and patient. She took the time to explain everything to us throughout our trade-in and purchase process. She answered all of our questions and offered recommendations as well. She even helped us pick out screen protectors, cases, and chargers. I would highly recommend this store.

Everyone was great ! The process of getting a new phone can be super daunting. They made everything easy and simple.

Excellent customer service from Edvard who is the manager of the store! There was a billing error associated with a device trade-in and he assessed the situation, explained it to me, sat with me when I called AT&T customer service, helped me explain the details to that person, and continued to check in with me until the situation was resolved. Very helpful!
